The Imaginary Door

God said:

So you see that life is no mystery. Mystery exists only in the extant world. Beneath the surface, all the answers are known. There are not even questions to be asked, nor are there answers to be given. Your life on Earth is a parable. Life on Earth requires that you set out on a quest. You are a hunter of knowledge. You who know everything are on a safari to discover all that you already know. You are looking for yourself. You who are your Self are hunting down your Self. You do this through little boundaries here and there. You pounce on yourself, and you say, “Aha.” You escape the territory of presently-imagined boundaries and draw other hoops you jump through and catch yourself in the act. You are a hunter who hunts. You are a fisherman who spreads his net.

You meet yourself, and you greet yourself. You enter and exit yourself. You draw a bounded picture of yourself, and you, the Reality, say the picture you draw and animate is the entirety of yourself. You exaggerate this little drawing at the same time as you haven’t begun to make a picture big enough to match you. You are a far greater artist than the picture you draw.

It is like you hide from yourself your magnificence, for what role would you play then? What would be your Earth identity then? You might be an actor out of work!

What is the parable you live? It is one fraught with dangers drawn in the mind. You tell yourself stories. You make them up, and yet you believe in them, these stories. You tell stories, and yet your stories belie the Truth. Truth is not told. Truth is dressed in common garments and covered up. In fact, you go to great lengths to cover up the Truth. You tell yourself that the Truth you hear about is too wonderful to be true, and so you play in the sandbox and build castles with dungeons in them. You repeat yourself.

Circumstances change, and yet you repeat your stories to yourself, and you play them over again and again. You tell yourself bedtime stories, and you look for relief from them, and you hide under the covers of yourself. You play peek-a-boo. And every time, you are surprised. Every time you are surprised. If you were not to be surprised in this game, you would be disappointed.

All the while, Truth is trying to knock down the imaginary door you have built.

You have an inheritance waiting for you, and you notice it not. You are so involved in the play you are immersed in that you occlude the Truth from yourself. Whatever kind of drama you are in, you get caught up in it and withhold the Truth from yourself. You are a very good actor. You convince the audience, and you convince yourself. Hero or villain or audience, you convince yourself. You are actor, playwright, stage director, choreographer, composer Supreme. You play all the parts, and know it not. You are convinced of the authenticity of this drama that is all made up. True, it is a collaborative venture, yet a venture turned into adventure nevertheless.

Behind this curtain you pull is a Great Soul. Be not frightened of your Greatness. You fear that you cannot live up to the role of Greatness. You fear that this is the one role you cannot play, and so you prefer to stay unconvinced of it. Even knowing that this is not a role, even knowing that this is the full Truth of you, you prefer to pull the curtain. You hesitate to look. That which you cannot fail in, you fear. You’d just as soon be cast in another role. You’d just as soon play the waif, or the naïf, or the good guy or bad guy. You are used to it. Besides, you tell yourself there is safety in numbers.

What do you say to Me now? Do you tell Me, “Wait, God, later, I’ll see as You see”, or do you say, “Okay, God, I’ll open my eyes and not fool myself and others about Who I Am any longer. Okay then, God, I will count as far as One.”

Reading this Heavenletter

Reading this Heavenletter, I feel like standing under a really big tree whose mighty limbs reach far up and out, creating a green space that appears so vast it takes away your breath. True, the vastness would be even vaster without boundaries of wood and verdure. But the point is that these very boundaries mark out vastness for me. My eyes cannot see vastness as such. Except that in a moment like the one under the tree or in the mountains or at the ocean or anywhere, there can be a sudden sense of, "Okay, let's go", and you wonder and hesitate, and then the moment is gone and you realize it was still too vast, too boundless.

No matter, there was a taste of the sheer, frightening bliss of losing everything and gaining All. It's probably simply a question of getting used to it a bit more and weaning myself of hysterical reflexes. I don't even have to do that myself. The Author of Heavenletters is doing it for me. He's not disappointed when I still hesitate to take His hand. He knows we will laugh and cry together soon enough.

The IMAGINARY DOOR

Dear Maestro, God-Creator, It is difficult to claim, with great honesty, the Beloved Greatness
you hereof speak. GREAT! GREATNESS! WOW! I will now say to Thee and to myself
I AM GREAT! GREATNESS LIVES WITHIN ME! How does that feel?

Yes, the door I have built to hide this GREATNESS is one that I can knock down. The
GREATNESS YOU SPEAK OF is about my immortal Soul! Why do we want to forget that?
I don't know many who remember!

You say: " THAT WHICH YOU CANNOT FAIL IN - YOU FEAR. YOU PLAY ALL THE PARTS
AND DENY IT.. YOU ARE CHOREOGRAPHER, DIRECTOR, PLAYWRIGHT, ACTOR
DON'T DENY IT ANY LONGER..

I DO WANT TO REMEMBER YOUR GLORY IS WHAT YOU SHARE WITH US.

WE WANT TO LOVE YOU AND WE WANT TO LOVE US. THANK YOU!

You fear that you cannot live up to the role.

In fact, we fear to lose this imaginary space of ours we call "secrecy". We are still afraid of "transparency", where everybody could actually and immediately know what you are thinking, feeling... And that is the real veil that we put voluntarily on our transcendantal nature. We are afraid of our Greatness because we still enjoy playing the hiding and finding game with ourselves and the others. And God simply says: "Aren't you tired of playing this game?. But when you' re ready, Come to me and find out that Transparency is more gratifying than "hiding". This is our choice, this is what Free Will is all about.

Like and open door

Sweetheart, the link wtih big print is such a blessing. It shows us how hard we work to cover the TRUTH with our form. Time helps us in our game of hide and seek. You help our consciousness make just the right noises so HE can sneak up and say: "GOTCHA!" LOVE

George

Hello Friends,

God said a Great Soul
This is the full Truth of you
Hero or villain

Love, Light and Aloha!

You caught Me

What would life be like if I played no roles and instead accepted The Truth of Our Greatness? Who am I asking? And Who is asking? Where do I expect an answer to come from? If All is I, Who can answer Me? If I don't answer Myself, Who will? Who wrote this Letter and Who is reading it?
