Heaven #4538 Love Gone
Dear Gloria
in Heavenletter #4538 "Love Gone" http://www.heavenletters.org/love-gone.html
I have some difficulty in translating meaningfully your title: "Love gone" . It seems a little vague to me.
Because, in the core of this HL, God says: "Better to forgive yourself for casting lots. You couldn’t stay in the closeness, so, surreptitiously, you constructed a plot where your precarious position would topple, love gone all kerflooey."
Did you have in mind that : "love gone all kerflooey" when you chose your title?
I also had a hard time to find the meaning of kerflooey. I found it on Internet but not in dictionaries.
Thanks
Beloved Normand, as always,
Beloved Normand, as always, thank you for your questions. You reveal your conscientiousness. Please know how welcome your questions are. Glad and grateful for them.
I meant the title to be simply Love Gone (meaning, of course, Love Gone Away, Love Gone Bye-Bye...) Somehow I liked just the two words.
In looking kerflooey up, I found the meaning as awry or kaput. I think of the meaning as all gone katywampus or crazy! KatywampusI have no idea if I'm spelling it correctly -- katywampus means going in all directions i.e. kerflooey. I love these idioms that, apparently, are more felt than understood. They are slang. God always surprises me when he comes out with something like kerflooey.
Anything here that helps, dear one?
