Love is the rule of Heaven, and, all things being said, love is the rule of Earth. Selfishness may dominate, yet it doesn’t rule.

I find contemplating the difference between dominating and ruling quite enjoyable and enlightening. All those loud and glaring or glamorous things stirring out there or in here are only dominant. Fear, say, or anger, desire, lostness, wanting to know, pity, guilt etc. all want to dominate. But what is ruling me, most of the time without my noticing it, is love, is joy and total ease. They don't have to be enthroned first, they are the éminences grises anyway. And nothing has to be done to have them become bright and radiant; nothing, that is, but intending for it and giving in to God.

It's a strange thing that we don't remember so much of what we know. It's even stranger that we believe we need to keep busy evolving and ascending in order to remember, all the while feeding that master dominator intellect.

Well, it is hard to see and accept that I don't see much of the true rule. I know so much, I see so much – how can I get myself to accept that most of what I see ist just dominant but not that which truly rules?

Thank God, Heavenletters offer help even for this. I recently read a rather amusing thing in another Heavenletter that now helps me appreciate just how much I'm blinded by dominant things, overlooking the rule of heaven and earth. That Heavenletter is about finding out what I truly want, what my true will and destiny are. And it tells me in no uncertain terms that I do not allow myself to know that:

You may seek fame or romance, and you get them, but deep in your heart there is a place where you fear to tread. You haven’t let yourself note that you want to be a missionary in China perhaps. You perhaps thought you wanted to be a queen of the world when that is not even close to what you truly desire, and that which is My will for you.

You may think you know yourself very well, yet you have been skirting the issue of yourself. You have sailed on a ship and stopped at every port except the one you really want. You have hidden the port of entry from yourself, you find all manner of excuses not to get off the ship you have been sailing on. It is not unheard of that you might go to great lengths to disguise your destiny from yourself. And from others as well.

Not remembering my own will, not seeing the true rule of heaven and earth, what can I do? I can make a point of not taking my thoughts, speculations, explanations seriously any more. I can intend for God to help me remember. I can tell myself that – should it turn out that, yes, I really want to be a missionary in China – I will go.

"Come with Me today. Come with Me tonight. Come with Me. I shall inspire you to come where love is waiting for you. Love held out its hand to you long ago. Love is rushing to you. Be inspired to receive it...You are My Chosen One to share My light. Yes, I mean you, you right there. Come, stay with Me."

How nice to know that God is the instant of consciousness regardless of the frequency we happened to be tuned to. That we are conscious is the mystery of God experiencing existence by Being us as we perceive life through consciousness.

God's breathing is us experiencing our life moment by moment. God glories in us. We human, funny people are the apple of His Eye. Wow!
