Seeing love and beauty in everyone..........
I have been trying this recently very diligently.
If and when I go out into this world and go to shopping centres or just driving along in my own world......I look at each passing person and think of them as love from a shinning beautiful light and from love and give no judgement. Even if they look angry or are hugely overweight or are masked with tattoos and piercings o seem stressed etc. I look at them and think of them as being part of a huge stream of white light and see them as being here for their reason and for growth and learning.
It has shown me a new way of being and I find myself smiling as I go about my earthly business instead of trying to avoid these strangers who walk the same streets and inhabit the same shopping centres as I do.
I look at people I know or work with the same way too and see their fear and emptiness and pain and try to tell their spirit (the real them) to love and only love.
Does anyone else try to do this?
I figure that why waste the time I obviously have to be here by being miserable and stressed and judgemental and so the circle goes on and on. Maybe letting go of all that and seeing things from love's perspective is the way to go.

Dear Carol,
I've been trying to do the same since some time. especially when
there seems to be or to arise difficulties and discussions.
I must say that sometimes the response surprises me in the positive
very much, it really depends on how we meet other people.
If we are simply kind and gentle and permit others to express themselves
making them feel they are welcome or that we try to understand them,
the relationship changes to very positiv level. If we can leave out the battle
of who is wrong and who is right and if we focus on how we can find solutions suitable
to each party, or just being kind and gentle out of pure love, the other
persons feel this and respond to this. may be I did
not express myself very well but I hope you got the meaning.

Yes, I've been doing this as well, and it works.
Last Sunday I was at my son's football match and there were some people who were really nervous and made some nasty comments. First I tried to see them covered in the flame of peace, but then I just started thinking what it would be like if they were really all Gods. And it was amazing how the light around them changed.
We are all really One.
