In life, you are a diver. Yes, you paddle on the surface a lot, and yet you also dive. You swim underwater. You are able to see wonders in the depths of the ocean that you cannot see on the waves. Certainly, in life you want to go to the top, but the top arises from the depths. The depths are certainly greater than the tallest wave.

Just as there is a whole world going on in the depth of the ocean, so is there a whole world going on in the depth of you. Be not afraid to dive within.

Arise means to go deep. Truly, when you go deep within, you do arise. You dive so deep that you come up to find another world. You went deep, and the world changed. You came upon an other aspect of yourself.

Do not think that "God within" is just a phrase tossed around. It is the Reality. You who has all the questions also has all the answers. What level of answer are you looking for? The deeper the answer, the fewer words it will take. The deeper, the more silent. The deeper, the more simple. Complexity does not exist within. Complexity is something that got cultivated in the world and hung around.

Plummet to the depths of your heart and you will find Me. You can only find Me. There is no one else to find! Any separation you make, your mind made it. The only thing that creates the illusion of separation is your mind. Your mind likes to go off on its own.

The mind would hang on to its thoughts. The deeper you dive, the more you leave the mind's thoughts behind. With every dive deep within, you gradually wash off the mind's limiting thoughts. The mind will not let you see as far as you would see if it genially backed away.

Deep within you is a pot of gold. It is so enormous that it has enough light to light the world blazingly. I am that pot of gold. I burst into light according to how your intellect diminishes. Your intellect has no say over Me, except its thoughts can keep the gold of Me out of your sight. When you see the gold, you can easily dip into it. You are dipping in anyway.

Is it possible that you could believe Me more than your intellect? Is it possible that what I say can overtake your mind's announcements and denouncements? Of course, it's possible. That's what We're working on.

You have been a prisoner of your mind, and like any prisoner, you would like to escape. You scratch away at the wall with a spoon. You will get through.

The difference between the prisoner and you is that you are already partly through. A beam of light shines through an opening in your heart. The greater the opening, the greater the beam of light. One day the light will burst the bonds of the intellect, and the intellect will no longer be your warden. The intellect will become your rightful servant. It will back away from the role it has assumed, and it will no longer dominate. The bright light of love will dominate. Of course, the bright light of love knows not the concept of domination. It just knows to shine.

Whatever threads of thought keep you from the full knowledge of the gold within, the God Within, they are only threads of thought. They are removable. You just have to pull on one thread and keep pulling, and more light will shine all of itself.
