Autosubscribe to threads

Dear Tech-angel,

Am I the only one not to receive notices in my E-mail of the threads of posts that I have posted? I used to get them a while ago.

Hope this is an easy thing to fix.

I just wanted to suggest you might want to check My Subscriptions on the right margin, and make sure they're all checked.

Thanks for your concern Gloria! Yes, I checked My subscriptions and there was the list of all the threads that I had created and they were all checked off.

It took me long time, until it dawned on me that the notices that I was getting occasionally, were the ones from threads that I had created. Somehow, I was under the impression that I would get notices as well from every responses to any of the posts elsewhere, therefore the question. Does it make sense?
This is what it says under Autosubscribe:

Checking this box allows you to be automatically subscribed to any thread you create or post a comment to. You will receive an email with a title and link to the post.
.......or post a comment to.....That was the part that confused me.
I know God said a little while ago that confusion is good :Rolleyes: :big :big
