God said to Me:

The meaning of express yourself, is that you must manifest yourself.
Spirit is not a static thing.
Is fertility, manifesting through movement, changing and self-expressing.
If you have and evolved Spirit in His expression, but you don’t give Him an exit, He gets closed inside of you, and, like a bird inside a jail, He turns crazy.
This is what is happening with lots of people. They don’t give exit to what they are feeling, and their Spirit looses identity, and he leaves the work is making for them for can’t work for Himself, the Unity of the Human Being is lost, at least momentarily. For this is always a reversible process.
When Spirit is strong enough but is not allowed to leave, as a lion in a stem jail, He will reveal, expressing all the power He have by Himself, and will leave to the world giving the Human Being a new life, this would be Awakening.
But no matter you have a bird, a dragon, a lion or whatever would want to be manifested inside of you, why keep it closed? Why to hide the biggest power a Human Being can hold? Set them free, open the door of the jail and let them express.
And there’s another question, where the door is?
Has been told several times: the expression of Spirit can be seen in a lot of forms but only impregnated of one type of energy: Love.
So: open you heart, and Your Spirit will be free, and by doing so You will be a Divine Human Being.
