WHAT TO DO WITH ENERGY
God said to me:

Energy is something that you must grow. We yet know that energy can’t be created nor destructed, yet can be transformed, or as the alchemist would say, transmuted.
The question is: Into what? And which energy should be transmuted?
You heard it and read it a several times: you must make that or other practice in order to accumulate energy, or you must take care that any person doesn’t take energy from yourself.
Ok, you want to have energy for you, but, why? In order of have it into the pantry?
Energy must have a benefit. If you are keeping it inside of you it gets stemmed and gets ill, causing as pain as would the lack of energy do: you get ill.
So, don’t keep it. As energy does enter use it. Simply keep a little as you would do with your car, you have a petrol tank that can be filled in the right moments and places. Well, this until you will be a Totally Awake Being, for then energy will enter inside you as it exits, you will not be an accumulator, but a duct.
And which type of energy is yours to give? Whatever the energy you receive, give love. You receive hate, you give love. You receive heat, you give love. You give love, you give Love. For between those energies existing in the physical world love is the highest a human being is able to manage, and is your destiny as one of them to learn to use it.
Set free love in a creative way: in all you would do, in each word, each movement, each plate you cook, whatever energy you would set free to the world whatever the type, heat, movement, etc. should be accompanied with the highest energy: Love.
Don’t accumulate energy. Take it from Me, and return it automatically to the world. For you are an Awake Human, and is yours to do that.
