Question mark

Dear fellows,
Dear Gloria,

I am translating heavenletter #3524, "Let God Serve"

Is the question mark at the end of the sentence below at its place?

"Be more of an initiator and less of a reactor?"

It sounds awkward to me. As I'm not a native English speaker, I prefer to check.
What do you think?

Blessings from Paris,

Jean-Christophe.

Bless you, Jean-Christophe.

Bless you, Jean-Christophe. You are absolutely right. The question mark is a careless error. I will fix it on the posted English Heavenletter. Thank you so much for catching this and letting me know. A thousand blessings. Love, Gloria

Dear Gloria, you need not

Dear Jean-Christophe, I left the question mark out in my translation, for it seemed so obvious that it did not belong there.
Now that we receive Heavenletters ahead of time, I email Theophil when I think that something in the English version of some Heavenletter is not correct and if Theophil agrees, then he will fix it.

Beloved Luus, I recommend

Beloved Luus, I recommend posting typos or any discrepancies you see, even when you are certain. This is for the benefit of other translators, and to take a few details off Theophil and also Jochen. I also feel that every time you post, you are putting out high energy on the web and bringing attention to Heavenletters. That I make errors is no secret!

Of course, it's also good for all of us to post about something in a Heavenletter that has spoken to our hearts. For example, Luus, I would love to know which Heavenletters especially speak to your beautiful heart.

Loving you,

Gloria

Dearest Gloria, I try to

Dearest Gloria,

I try to keep up with Theophil and maybe, perhaps maybe I am faster with telling him about the errors I find than he is with sending the English version to the other translators :-) And it is also fun, for sometimes I feel that I bother him too much, but then I can't help but feel that I really must let him know. So then I say "Da bin ich wieder!"(Here I am again!) and we make a little joke of it.

Of course by now I also have noticed that you make errors (not all the time) and mix up "effect" and "affect" and one time you had typed "grgrh"!! And what that must mean I still don't know :-)

As to telling you which Heavenletters speak to me, I'm very sorry to have to disappoint you for my posting comments op Heavenletters will be an exception. Now that I'm translating I look at them differently than when I used to just read them every morning, for when I now read a new Heavenletter I'm thinking about the words I will use for my translation. But I also feel that God is not always addressing me and that He only really speaks to me when He tells us that He loves us and that we are with Him all the time.

Love you too!
Luus
