Question concerning Heaven 2384 Dream State

Dear Gloria and all,
I have a question concerning Heaven 2384 Dream State:
"Thoughts of a ride around town are fine, yet, If you wish to traverse the world, get moving. Yes, your mind can travel far, yet not when it stays in the same place."
Could you kindly explain in other words this here:
"Yes, your mind can travel far, yet not when it stays in the same place."
Just because we are talking about the mind, I thought it was not necessary to move also physically, the mind is beyond space and time and it can travel anywhere. It could be that moving physically and seeing new things and persons surely the mind gets wider horizonts.

You understand that I don't really know more than you do, dear, or anyone. This is my interpretation:
Of the course, the mind can go anywhere. We can travel without physically moving. However, if my mind takes me to a certain place, and my mind stays there, where can I travel to?
I think God means that in life, if our mind stays where it is, how do we grow?
But remember that's my personal opinion.
