Posting translations
This message is for Santhan (Heaven Admin), I think?!?!
Hi Santhan.
Christine, Jean-Christophe and Normand (myself) are in the process of
organizing a work schedule for the french translation of the forthcoming
Heavenletters (also the backcoming ones that have not been translated yet).
Christine is in the process of leaving the translation to Jean-Christophe
and I.
So we would like to know the procedure for posting our translations on the
Web site. By Monday, I will have 3 translations ready to post (#3489, 3490,
3491). I use a MS-Word template supplied by Christine.
Will the translations be mailed directly from your Server to the French
suscribers?
Also, will it be possible to have access to the Archives of the
forthcoming HL in order to be a little ahead of time in our translations?
Thanks for everything.
Normand
It's clear that you and
It's clear that you and Jean-Christophe are going to do a complete and thorough job.
Christine has been sending out the French translations. She has been doing a superlative job in taking care of French translations in every way.
Until the new web site upgrade is completed, will Christine would train you, Normand, to take over the sending out? You, Normand, because you, in effect, are the senior translator, and I would guess that it makes sense for one translator to be responsible for the sending out rather than two. Of course, both you and Jean-Christophe would post your own Heavenletters on the forum and would, I believe, do your own sending to the special email address that Christine will give you.
Christine has also been translating and sending out Heaven News. She kindly took over complete responsibility for translating and sending out everything French. Christine, will you work out with Normand and Jean-Christophe a system for Heaven News as well?
Christine, how do you get into the archives? Will you show Normand and Jean-Christophe how?
Angel, ideally, before you leave us, will you kindly see to it that Normand and Jean-Christophe know exactly the systems that you established so that the changeover will proceed in a seamless fashion? You have done such an incredible job.
Christine, I believe that the French subscribers and you have established a relationship since you have been translating and sending out. Certainly, there has been a substantial increase in new subscribers since you put your energy into this project. Before you leave us, chere Christine, I was wondering how you feel about sending a warm email to the French subscribers in which you could introduce your replacements to them so that the whole changeover can be seamless and the subscribers will feel taken care of?
Heaven Admin will see this post as well, of course.
God bless all of the beautiful translator angels who give themselves so generously to the task at hand.
With love, Gloria .
Dears ones
Thank's to be so careful for the future of the french translations. I will do any necessary thing before leaving you.
I am so happy that two french translators come before I have to leave this divine job where I feel such a pleasure, being so grateful to meet that in this time of my life!
I can't leave you without geaving all help for the news translators. They can ask me all they want to do everything easily.
And I stay with you because if they need some help sometime, and if I can help, no problem! I am here!
I think that if Santhan can organize a automatic sending of the translation it will be more "confortable" because it take time each day to send for all the suscribers.
With all my love and my gratitude,
Christine
Beloved Christine, you did
Beloved Christine, you did find the exact place! And through your words and deeds, we know what a loving person you are. We are so grateful for the time with you here. I thought it was forever!
Yes, of course, the ideal is to have automatic sending. Presently, it is not really automatic. Someone who is computer-savvy has to put quite a bit of attention on it.
When we have the new upgrade, it will be a simpler process.
Did you see Heaven Admin'[s response to you, beautiful soul?
Christine is in the process
Hi Normand, I've given your account on Heavenletters permissions for you to access the unpublished queue that Theophil manages. You will be able to see the Heavenletter publish queue by clicking the Heavenletter listing below the Admin Tools menu on the right. I was not able to find an account for Jean-Christophe and do not know this person yet.
I understand that Christine will no longer be sending out the French Heavenletters to subscribers. Is that true? If yes, from what date will she stop sending. Christine has independently taken care of sending out Heavenletters to French subscribers. She manages the list, formats the Heavenletter and sends it out. She does just about everything for the French translations. Good to see you and Jean join the French translation team!
Normand, can you post the French translations on the forum here: http://www.heavenletters.org/heavenletters-french. I'll think of a solution for sending out the translations to subscribers and get back to you in a little bit.
Santhan
For me it would also make
For me it would also make things easier if I could translate ahead of time for now I must translate every morning and sometimes I don't have the translation ready in time. Then I can only post it later at night or the following day and that is not nice for the Dutch subscribers. Therefore, dear Normand, my request to you is if you be willing to send coming Heavenletters to me, so that I can translate them and always have a few ready and can take a day off now and then.
Thank you so much!
Dear Santhan, it would of
Dear Santhan, it would of course be much simplier if I could also have access to this archive. It would make my life a lot easier if I could translate later in the day for I can only be up 9 hours a day of which 1.5 hours go to translating.
So if you could also arrange it for me I would be very grateful.
Thank you so much.
With love,
Luus
Dear Luus, I think you just
Dear Luus, I think you just had the right idea to send your request to Santhan. If for any reason, it is not possible, I will send them to you with pleasure.

Hi Santhan
If I could have access too to this unpublished queue it would be a lot much easier for Normand and I to share the translation task.
Many thanks in advance.
Jean_Christophe.
Dear Santhan
Everything is all transferred now (translation and emailing). I made the first emailing to the French suscribers this morning. We have to wait a few days to see if everything is working properly.
I still hope that the mailing of HL will be automatized on your Web Mail Server as soon as possible for we have to create several groups of mailing because private mail software does not allow much bulk sending. And of course ADSL transfer is not that fast.
Did you have time to update Jean-Christophe's profile and access?
Cheers
Normand
French Angels translators team
Dear Gloria,
We are blessed!
This translation team is a gift! They are so effective and work so heartly!!
They are so beautiful angels translators!
However, they are less available than me. So we made the point and gave priority to the today Heavenletter.
For the Heaven news, that takes a long time, we'll see what we can do. I gave them all the informations to do it.
If I can help I will do.
Love and light
Christine
Beloved Christine, we were
Beloved Christine, we were blessed with you. You single-handedly translated every single day, and you sent translations out every single day. You were amazing! Whoever gets you in the future is so lucky.
Miraculously, before we even knew you were going to have to move on, two beautiful people offered to translate. Normand and Jean-Christophe did not know each other at the time, and they both came forward. Normand has been active with Heavenletters for a long time, and yet I never knew that he was conversant in French. What a boon.
And then about the exact same time, Jean-Christophe appeared. He had been reading Heavenletters for months on the web site, and one day with one Heavenletter (which one was it, Jean-Christophe?) he just had to translate the Heavenletter. He did and posted it. And, now, before our very eyes, he is translating officially.
I think it is safe to say that God tapped Normand and Jean-Christophe on the shoulder and said: "Your turn now. We let beloved Christine go."
Divine intervention has to be true. Otherwise, how could Normand and Jean-Christophe appeared so quickly? I don't remember if it is God in Heavenletters who says the following, but we've sure heard it plenty: "There are no coincidences."
Heaven's cup runneth over.
Welcome, Normand and Jean-Christophe. And many thanks to you, Christine, as we bid you a fond adieu.
With love and blessings,
Gloria
Dear Santhan
Ok. Question is solved.
Thanks
Normand
