I highly recommend this book to those of you who wish to have a better understanding of the ego. I'm a fanatic about A Course In Miracles whose purpose is to train one to shift their awareness from the ego to the Holy Spirit/God. Prior to ACIM I didn't even know I had an ego... that sneaky little booger!
Just when I thought I had one up on ego, I picked up this book and since realized that I have all kinds of other mannerisms and thought processes that are also ego based! It's amazing just how clever, and deep rooted, the egoic mind really is.

Dear Kirt,
Would you perhaps tell us more of what you learned? Like what are these other thought processes that also reveal ego?
Or should we just be thinking more of what we want rather than what we don't?
