You ask good questions -- hard ones too!

You know your language, and you know the culture of your country. I wouldn't know how you could translate that sentence without our doing a lot of guessing and extrapolating. Does the paragraph read well without that sentence? If yes, then I agree with you, canim. Leave the sentence out.

Okay, the uncountable you get. So many rays of light, so many they can't be counted.

If we are accountable, that means we have responsibility. If we are unaccountable (not accountable), we are not taking the responsibility that is ours to take.

If we are God's wands. we have a responsibility to shine His light.

God could have made it easier to translate if he had simply said: "The rays of light from My heart to the world are accountable for themselves." (responsible for themselves)
