But in my case, when I schedule a new HL for publication and it's one having a duplicate title, the system shouts at me that it needs to create a new alias (permanent link). So that's how I know. Of course, I can always boast that my lynx eye would spot this anyway...

What happens if two titles are almost identical except for a difference in the use of an article?
