From "Pubblica", move your gaze diagonally upward and to the right. Do you see a blue button that says "Cerca"? (Don't use it now.)
Above "Cerca", do you see a row of little flags? Please say yes. If you have them, touch them with the cursor to see what language each of them is for. Now click the flag that says "English" (you can always switch back to Italiano if you want).
And now try the Sutra link again.
