The closest I can come to answering that is to say that I am God's waiter...and I wait upon his children: that means you! And I love to bestow gifts...and this is the one I am offering you.

And you have a "Jimi" inside you too...you may call it a different name...the divine, the child within, higher self, source or whatever.
