Internet problems

Dear Gloria and dear translators who email Heavenletters,
do you experience any difficulty in emailing Heavenletters yesterday and today?
Well, I emailed Heavenletter #4558 (Together) this morning, but I did not receive it in my mailbox. There is no way I can know if the subscribers received it.
At the same time, dear Gloria, I cannot receive emails from you and I don't know if you are receiving my emails. Lady Isis cannot reach you either. Theophil transferred your emails to me at your request. So what is technically going on on your side?

Dear Normand,
I just sent out the Dutch and Chinese translations and they arrived within a minute. However, yesterday I sent out the Dutch translation and receive it at 10.24 a.m. while Anneke had not received it at 12.19.
I am not surprised that there are problems for it happens regularly that the translations are being sent out without me clicking "tricker send engine", and then it happens that they are sent twice.
Also, the number of subscribers to the Dutch translation went down from 154 to 132 in a very short time which I can't explain, for during the time (1 or 2 years?) I am sending the translations the number only kept going up. Even now that we had a new subscriber the number went down 2 again.

I did not get a Heavenletter yesterday and today and no mails from Hl at all, both days. I changed my e-mail adress, and hope this will help.
The day before yesterday I got the Hl twice.

Something is very very wrong
Last Wednesday I did not receive any email from www.heavenletters.org but I did not think much of it. I just assumed there was a disturbance and Santhan would fix it. Then on Thursday morning around 11.00 I received an avalanche of emails and took it that the problem was resolved. However, I was surprised that no one mentioned it.
This morning the number of Dutch subscriptions is down to 114 (30 less than yesterday) and the Chinese are down from 51 to 46.
So, I think there is something very very wrong and this is an emergency. Santhan better drop everything he's doing and work on it until ..... :-)

There is a problem with the mail server. I'm building a new one which I will have completed by Monday morning. I will also do some upgrades to our mail server software during the process. That will resolve all these issues.

I love the new server: it is very fast, and when I reported what I saw as a problem to Santhan, he told me that it's not a problem but that Heavenletters are sent out automatically after I click the resend button. And it does work!! The Chinese translation went out seconds after this and the Dutch took a minute waiting for the send engine checks every five minutes and it was only 8.53 a.m.
