How the World Goes Round
Buy yourself flowers now and then. Eat a dessert you like. Treat yourself like a date. Reward yourself for work well-done. Reward yourself just for being. You don't have to wait until you have totally earned good treatment. Give it to yourself now.
Treat yourself the way you would like to be treated. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.
What other advice is there left for Me to give you? Of course, you have heard this before in one way or another.
Begin with being generous to yourself, and the rest will follow. It is not that you put others before you. They are you, and you are just as good to seeming others as you are to yourself. First, you have to be good to yourself.
I am not telling you to be selfish. I am pointing out that it is incumbent upon you to be good to yourself. Then it will follow that you have the wherewithal within you to be really good to others. And everyone will copy you. And this is how the world goes around.
Be the sun that shines every day.
You don't have to be obvious. You can be subtle like the moon, and just as beautiful. Sun or moon, you are to shed light.
Hearts are hungry, beloveds. You know what that's like to have your heart hunger for love. Feed the hungry hearts, beloveds.
Now, what else do I have to tell you today? What else shall I say? Shall I tell you that you are the love of My life? You are. Shall I tell you that I love having you near and dear? I do. Shall I tell you that you are strong in My heart? You are like a windfall to Me. I created you, and yet you gave yourself to Me as a gift. I love the gift of your heart. Yes, yes, yes.
That's what hearts are for, to be given. To be given outright without a down payment. As freely as you give advice, give your heart. Give your heart. Stop the flow of advice, and increase the flow of love. Let love be your partner always. Give love the way you would feed bread to ducks. Cast your love upon the waters. Truly, beloveds, what else are you going to do with all the love I give to you?
Celebrate your heart today. Bestow honors upon it. First, you give your heart away, and that's how you have it. That which you cast upon the waters comes back to you. You can't give love away without getting it back. This is a fact of life. But the getting back is not to be thought about. The return will take care of itself and sometimes in ways that will surprise you. Don't be looking for the return. At the same time, when it comes back to you, notice it and be glad.
Love is returned to you in sundry ways. It has always been so. Love is returned to you hand over fist. You are waylaid with love, and yet do not keep count. Let go with abandon. Letting go has to be letting go. Let go so that what you let go of can sail across the world. Be an automatic dispenser of love. Your love is free like the air, and air flows. Breathe love in and out. Love mingles. There is no researching it or taking it apart. You cannot know which love is which, for all is yours and yet you have no hold on any of it. Of course, before love was yours, it was Mine, so We can say that all love is Mine, handed to you to pass on to other hearts so that they too can sail across the seas.
