So what do We do all this communicating for? Why is another voice so valuable to Us when, in a manner of speaking, there is only One Voice to speak and One Voice to be heard, even when it is silent? What in the world goes on in this world? Why, life is everything and nothing at all.
This last sentence: is it a question? Should we read: Why? Life is everything and nothing at all.
Or : Why is life everything and nothing at all ?

Beloved Jean-Christophe, thank you for your vigilance. When a translator asks questions, it reassures my heart that the translator is doing everything to stay close to the integrity of God's meaning. As in your case, you are not sloughing off anything. You don't assume that you understand every nuance of what God is saying. This gives me great confidence, and I appreciate it so much.
How many years you have been translating, and still you ask questions. Paula who has been translating every day for nine years, will still ask questions for clarification. Luus, Anneke, Normand and many more.
I worry when a translator never asks a question!
In regard to your first question, if, instead of the word identified the word named was used, would it have perhaps made more sense to you? Right now I'm not all too sure about it myself, yet God must have had a reason. If in your translation you would just like to leave out that phrase, I think that would be fair enough.
In regard to your second question, why with the comma after it stays. I see the word why here as an expletive. For instance, if you and I were to meet in person, I might say: "Why, Jean-Christophe, how nice to meet you at long last." I wouldn't be asking a question. I would be making a statement and showing some emotion. I could had said in the same way, "Hallelujah, Jean-Christophe, we have met at last." I have no question about our meeting, only joy.

But I still don't get this :
you seem to connect (with "and") a noun with an adjective (which is impossible in French grammar)
nature (n) and identified (adj)
'which' refers to nature, right?

What is identified/named as nature does not exist...

I translated the Dutch translation into French (with Google) and this is the sentence:
Ah, eh bien, nous courons de tourner en rond dans une forme circulaire pour tout le monde et la nature familière et identifié, qui a également n'existe pas, cependant, semble avoir été créé.
