I was going to translate some older letters and i was going to translate the letter 4004 when i saw that there are two with this number.
1 is named " Words do their best"
2 is named " The Perch of Life"
I would like to know which one is the number 4004 and what number is the other...

But now i can´t find any old letter that i want to translate, it doesn´t appear in english. I tried logged off and logged in, i tried to reboot just like you say but it doesn´t appear any letter in english...

This sounds like a job for
This sounds like a job for The 3 Tech Guys, Nuno. Actually, this must be a job for Super Tech Guys, and I think we have them.
Because they're hard at work on the new web site, all the more reason they may need to look into this. On the other hand, meanwhile, Nuno, we can look at this another way. Some times when we hit bumps in the road, we just go down a different street until the other one is fixed.
Are we out of current Heavenletters to translate into Portuguese? Does Luus have more to send you? Will you talk to Diane about this? How far ahead in Portuguese translations are we?
You know, beloved Nuno, this is a nice problem! You may be insatiable as a translator! You may be like the hungry lion who needs to be fed often! It's our responsibility to feed you.
I think Luus and Diane will see your post anyway, yet I will point them to it and also the Tech Guys.

I guess i found out what my problem was...
You see for us to see the letters in english we have to log off, i was logging off aparently but when i entered again in the site i was again logged in automatically so i couldn´t see them in english.
It has to do with permissions i guess, but for me it doesn´t make much sense cause why can´t i see them in english when i am logged in??
Diana see if your problem its the same as mine.

Unfortunately it is not possible to switch from one language to another without logging out.
It sometimes happens that I need to send out translations in 6 different languages one morning and then I need to log in and out again for each language.

So wouldn´t that be a good thing for our informatics change if they can?
I mean i don´t want to put too much work on their backs but on the other hand i think everybody wants the easiest and best way to work and to feel that things here flow as much at ease as they can.

I honor the The 3 Tech Guys. I think the world of them. I am so grateful.
At the same time, I honor the translator angels the same, and I am so grateful.
In serving subscribers, Nuno, you serve God.
As the Tech angels serve translators, they serve God.
And so we work together. The Tech Guys want to know how to best serve translators and subscribers and administration for that is how they serve humanity and God. Besides, they are great guys.
Dear Nuno, we, you and I, don't know what is easy or what is hard for the Techies to do. They are extremely advanced in Drupal which offers great flexibility.
So we must express our needs. It is our responsibility to.
I will ask our technical staff to respond here on the forum so you can directly know your needs are being heard and actually invited.
And, of course, Luus is right.that until the changes are made, we work with what we have. That was never a question for you or any of us.

That is exactly why i am expressing here my dificulties so we can come to an agreement and make us all feel more comfortable when we work directly in our site.
I am sure they are very capable people and i have no doubts that if they are making changes it´s for the best of all!!

The upgraded site should
The upgraded site should allow anyone to switch languages at any time, whether or not they're logged in. Also, I'd like to increase how long the system keeps people logged in so you don't have to put in your username and password as often.
