You recently sent me an email with regard to a problem sending the Hebrew Heavenletters and asked that I answer on the forums, so here I am :-)

I am great and so is the family.

I possibly misunderstand you but to me documents would also have to be sent as attachments so would require the extra click and for people to have the correct software installed in order to be able to open it. One thing about PDF's is that the software to read them is freely available for people to download.
