Dear Gloria, I wonder whether " that anyone’s eyes you look into, you are looking into Mine" is grammatically correct. If I would translate it like this into Dutch it would be very wrong.

Another way to look at this is that anyone’s eyes you look into, you are looking into Mine. There is nowhere else to look.
