HEAVEN #3615

I'm translating Heavenletter #3615, and I just came across an expression which I'm not sure how to translate:
I ask you, why reverence Me in Heaven, and look at Me amiss on Earth? You even look at yourself amiss on Earth. You don’t really see yourself as a great shakes any more than you see others in their true light. I am the Truth, and I am the Way. I am the Way to you, and I am parleyed in every Being on Earth. When it comes to Me, high and low have no meaning.
Parley in my dictionary is to discuss, to talk (a foreign language). So I was wondering whether it should read parlay, which means to redouble or to make good use of (talents). This would make more sense to me.

Not so easy, is it, Paula. Especially with parley and parlay.
Here's what I get from Wikipedia and Dictionary:
Parley (pronounced /ˈpɑrlɪ/) is a discussion or conference, especially one between enemies over terms of a truce or other matters. The root of the word parley is parler, which is the French verb "to speak"; specifically the conjugation parlez "you(pl) speak", whether as imperative or indicative.
Beginning in the High Middle Ages with the expansion of monarchs, a parley, or "talk", was a meeting held between kings and their chief retainers. Parleys were part of the many changes in Europe, especially regarding governments. These meetings can be attributed to the formation of parliaments, which are derived from a similar root, parliamentum, simply meaning "talking".
A parley may also be referred to in the times of sailing and piracy as a truce before being imprisoned or executed. The victim may call parley to speak to the captain and arrange a truce in place of being imprisoned or executed.
To Parlay
1. (transitive) To carry forward the stake and winnings from a bet onto a subsequent wager.
2. (by extension) To increase.
3. To speak about peace. To have peace talks. See also: pow-wow.

I wonder if it could be that
I wonder if it could be that in this Heavenletter, God means that each of us carries on an interior dialogue. We each parley within ourselves. We discuss within ourselves.
I don't think God is saying expressly that we are to make good use of our talents, though, of course, God would like that. I imagine that as a result of our self-discussions, our wonderings, that we do come to perform more right action.
I tend to think that parley, in this Heavenletter, means self-talk. Do you think this might work for you, dear Paula?

I will probably only compound the confusion, but what I hear is something like "relayed" – received and passed on.

I think Jochen makes a good point with 'relayed', but I think in this context God means 'increased'. Considering the whole text, I definitely don't think it's about inner talk, but of course this is just my interpretation. That's how we go about God's words, and about each other's words for that matter: we give them our personal interpretation. What's difficult in translating, is trying to put aside my little self and be as objective as possible.
