Have more confidence in Me. You do not have to direct the world. You do not have to direct your life so much as you do. Certainly, it is good to take the bull by the horns, and it is also good for you to take it easy as well. It's not so much that you have to sort out responsibility, but you do have to let some of it go, or, otherwise, you find yourself in a tizzy. In terms of the relative world, you cannot be everywhere at the same time. You cannot do everything at once, and there are matters it is wise to leave to Me anyway.

By all means, extol yourself to do your best and let it go at that. You know you already do the best you can, so be it and not tie yourself up in knots. Although you are divine, you are also human. You are not superhuman in the terms of regular life that We are speaking of.

You have a say in the Universe, and yet you are not the boss of the Universe. You are a simple worker for Me. I ask you to not take on too much. You do not have to run hither and yon. Stop cracking the whip, beloveds. You do it for naught.

I will tell you straight out. You may think you over-work on My behalf, but it is not at My behest that you over-extend. At My behest, you would work and you would play. You would not overdo anything. You certainly wouldn't overdo everything.

Have more confidence in Me, and do not try to take over the world or even your tiny part of it. The world is My domain, beloveds. I do not ask you to take on the whole world on My behalf. I ask you to let go. I do not ask you to keep your nose to the grindstone. I have no grindstone. Any grindstone is of your making.

If life is overwhelming, you make it so. Somewhere in the recesses of your mind, you made it so. You would not beat a horse the way you beat yourself.

"More, more" is a good refrain in life because you are due abundance, yet more more does not include what is called work. My call to simplify does not mean adding more. It means taking on less.

You cannot go in ten directions at once. You can do only one thing at a time, don't you know that?

You are not holding up the Universe. I AM. So long as I am holding up the world, what do you think you are doing? Do your work, and know I am doing Mine. Know I am working for you! Wholeheartedly I work for you.

True, I am your Employer, but I am also your Employee.

I always ask you to go beyond boundaries but I do not mean for you to become a blob in the world who sets no boundaries for himself. Do not be a doormat. Pass over the threshold and enter a world that is made up of more than work. Enter a world that is made of light and delight, and where you tread lightly, where the soles of your shoes are not worn out. No more sweating.

Do you understand Me? Work, yes, but not work all of the time, no. Work with all your heart, and yet not let work be your byword. I bless you to work, and I bless you to play. I bless you. Remember you are blessed. Go forth in life, and give Me your sense of responsibility for a while. Take the yoke off your shoulders, and give it to Me. It is as light as a feather for Me. Now, you, without the yoke, can dance without your feet touching the ground. Now you can soar. I never wanted you to be bent down. I always meant for you to fly with joy.
