I want one of my friends to be a subscriber. I made her application. But she has not received the confirmation mail. Is not this confirmation process automatic? If so, I think it does not work for Turkish...

I did a test and signed up for the Turkish language newsletter. Everything worked fine except that the welcome letter is in English! :big

I know that Engin is out of town just now, but how should we do this? Should the Welcome Letter be translated into every language? Should we have someone hand-send the letter to new subscribers? What is the simplest way to do this that is good for all?

This thought did arise about translated welcome Heavenletters. Yes when Engin comes back lets ask her if she would like to translate. Before we do that, lets also revise the welcome letter and then post it up in the translators forum.

Presently the newsletter software does not have a way to send out language specific welcome letters, but thats not going to stop us.
