CM Yogi visit to Sedona, Az. USA

CM Yogi came to Sedona as part of a tour of the US. He stayed in Sedona from July 2- July 4. Chintamani gave a beautiful talk at our library one evening and described Nepal and the various cultures there and his schools. He has 3 schools there in Katmandu totaling about 1200 students. He also has programs for street children and a program to help with literacy for women. He also discussed spirituality and his more ecumenical approach to religion which I whole heartedly agreed with. During the talk, we would just start singing a song Baghan..(sp) of his praise and love for God. So sweet. Although Im sure his schools could use more funding, he did not ask for any money but for our prayers.

The final night he was here, the 4th of July, My wife Marie and I had him over for dinner. Marie made some food that resembled Indian food and I think he liked it. He had a very sweet time...just seeing where the conversation and the occasional silences led us. He very much loves God and carries a very beautiful presence of the Divine. I never heard him say anything bad or wrong with anything...personally or in the world. He is a very beautiful ambassador of Love....and he is always smiling...and always positive. I am still...and will be in touch with him via email. He sends this message to you: Jimi Ji: "Say hello and send love to all of my friends at Heavenletters". Love and blessings, Jim.

ps...after Sedona, he went to San Diego...then up the coast to San Francisco, Oregon and Washington. He flies back to Nepal on the end of July...and will be returning next year! I think his main reason in coming is to spread world peace and to help with various schools that are part of different Nepalese communities in the US.

Thank you Jim !

Oh Jim, what wonderful moments you had. A real blessing - the love and peace can be felt just ny reading your loving words. Many many thanks !

much love

Jim, did Yogi-ji stay at

Jim, did Yogi-ji stay at your home too? I would love to hear more!

Prayer beads and mangoes and fresh peach ice cream.

Hi Gloria...Well Chintamani was going to stay over night at our home but the lady who was hosting him here said he could stay one more night there...so we both agreed it was better not to disrupt him...so he could stay three nights in the same place. He did ask me if I knew where you (Gloria) lived and I said I did not know but maybe in the Midwest. I also told him that at one time you were thinking of either taking a trip and possibly relocating to South America via RV. Maybe this has changed or maybe I misunderstood.

Another thing we did was that I showed hiim my prayer room in my house...it has too altars...one Chrisian (West) and one Tibetan (East) He liked it very much...as his spiritual approuch is much of the Heart and very ecumenical. Me too!

And then I showed him my special box which has special prayer beads in it as well as pictures of my spiritual teachers (Emaho and Lama Tharchin Rinpoche). He was very loving and respectful to them...but of course he is with everyone...just like us. He is like us a lot...very kind and loving and he is very patient too. Maybe he will come back to Sedona next year so that we can share tea and supper again.

PS: we had peach ice tea and tapas pancakes with a white sauce to die for! (but ps we did not die) and crackers and curry paste and cut up fresh cucumber and grapes and mangoes and ice cream with fresh peaches. My wife Marie made all of the food...this was her first try at Indian Food...Being from France and UK, she is a great cook and specializes in French Pastry...yum yum...but this time Indian.

CM said it was fun to be with me and Marie. We liked him a lot. And I like everyone a lot too. Hoping your day is beautiful. Oh and ps...I love God a lot too...and all of his children too. Love and blessings, Jim.

The title of your comment

The title of your comment would be a great title for a book or something, Jim!

There is a section on this forum for recipes. I beg Marie to share her recipes. I am swooning.

I live in Fairfield, Iowa, which is reputed to be in the exact center of the U.S.

Argentina is on the horizon. You did not imagine it. Yes, there will be a Oneness Tour in a motor home. Jochen just recently asked about this trip. See http://www.heavenletters.org/argentina-10709.html And then life in Argentina.

Is Arizona on our way to Mt. Shasta? You are in Sedona!

Sedona is a bit south of a route to Shasta from Iowa...but you don't have to travel as a crow would. I love Shasta. ps...Shasta is about 7 hrs from Minden, Nv...which I believe you passed through once. Jim.

Thanks, Jim, and I believe

Thanks, Jim, and I believe that we will be going to Minden, Nevada to pick up dear Michelle who will be going on the trip with us. I met Michelle when she sponsored a Godwriting workshop a couple of years ago.

I just received a personal note from blessed C.M. Yogi. He expressed how much he enjoyed you and Marie. He shared your beautiful notes to him. It was easy to see how much he "treasured his time with you.

Here is some of what beloved Yogi-ji wrote to me:

"Gloria ji, you can see that Heaven is created here by sharing love so unconditonally!!!

"I'm fine here in San Diego and L.A. ... busy... and very surprisingly going back to Texas again for a week. I'm deeply moved by Nepali people of Texas.

"Tomorrow s a BIG gathering at Gopal's home for Nepali community who live in SD and LA area, hope it will go OK; pls pray for me, we have to do a lot to awaken the people. It is easy for people who live in BIG cities to get lost as they have many offers.. many ways...not always easy to make a right decision at right time and give meaning and joy to life.

"pls say namaste to all of yur good friends and family members, and very especially to Marie ji and Jim-ji. .

The Yogi-ji expressed the desire to meet with you and Marie in Nepal. He keeps you two in his heart forever. He wants to have some more spiritual experiences with you.

I am so touched by this great soul from Nepal who single-handedly (with God's assistance, of course!) is doing so much for the consciousness of the world.

Jim, do you have photos of Yogi-ji's visit? Hope so! Do you know how to post them?

I bet you and Marie will be visiting this saint in Nepal.

God bless you.

With love, Gloria

P.S. Jim, will you kindly share with Yogi-ji this comment in Heaven News. It is a sadness in my heart that he is unable to access this Heaven website.
