Update on Translations and translators circle

I'd like to catch up on whats happening in the expanding light global translators circle as I see it as one of the most important aspects of the work we are doing.

So far I am aware of the most recent spiritual warriors who joined this circle of love, are:

CCMountain (Cedric) - French
Lia Cabuguas - Tagalog
Mystical Path (Ana) - Portuguese
Vanya Toneva - Bulgarian
Sara - Finnish
Daniela Knapic - Croatian
Lourdes Mendez - Spanish

UPDATE: Today there was a beautiful email from Lyn Claudia who offers to translate Heavenletters into German with help from her daughter!

Am I missing anyone here?

Translators who have been part of this circle for a while now...

Maria - Greek
Stefan - German
Paula - Italian
Engin - Turkish
Berit - Italian
Alexis - Spanish
Leen Joseph - Dutch
Yuri - Catalan
Margarita - Spanish
Gloria Helena - Spanish
Veronika - German
Cecilia Ricardini - Spanish (Mojah Media)
Pablo Vaudagna - Spanish (Mojah Media)

Am I missing anyone here?

There is also Hebrew, Polish, Albanian and Norwegian, but I don't know who translates for these languages.

I would like to get a volunteers page up on this site and request that all the translators log into their accounts and upload a photo of themselves that can be included on the volunteers page.

Now some interesting information...

We're using the Spanish language as our model for translated Heavenletter sites. All the information below relates to the other languages as well.

We have been holding back with the official release of the Spanish version of the website for sometime. Some of you may know the Spanish version of the site is available on http://es.heavenletters.org. We were running it on test mode for almost 6 months. It works well but not 100%. The Italian open source developer who has been generously contributing to the development of the translation module is busy at work on a more robust and bug free version, to which he cannot provide an exact time of completion for. Nonetheless, with the current version we have been able to get Spanish mailouts 50% automated. However Mauro still has to manually keep a list of which letters were sent and which have still to be sent. Not ideal, but we're getting there.

Translated version of the sites will have the following purpose in order of importance...
1) Provide translated version of Heavenletters
2) Provide basic information on Heavenletters, Godwriting and the International Society of Heaven

We will not have the community features like the forums, comment subscriptions and favorite heavenletter listings like we have on the English.

To launch a translated site there will be a list of core pages from the Heavenletter site that must be translated first. Gloria and I will work on a trimmed down versions of the existing content.

How translations will be handled from now on...

Each language will have its own email account. Translated Heavenletters must be sent to this account (Details below).
A translator must use one email account from which they will send the translations to the assigned Heavenletter email account for that langauge.
The translator must have a user account on the Heavenletters website.

Here are the assigned heavenletter accounts for each language we are presently receiving translations for...

Spanish: es [at] heavenletters [dot] org
Greek: el [at] heavenletters [dot] org
German: de [at] heavenletters [dot] org
Finnish: fi [at] heavenletters [dot] org
French: fr [at] heavenletters [dot] org
Croatian: hr [at] heavenletters [dot] org
Italian: it [at] heavenletters [dot] org
Dutch: nl [at] heavenletters [dot] org
Norwegian: no [at] heavenletters [dot] org
Polish: pl [at] heavenletters [dot] org
Portuguese: pt [at] heavenletters [dot] org
Tagalog: tl [at] heavenletters [dot] org
mmmm....who am I forgetting...JUST KIDDING ENGIN!
Turkish: tr [at] heavenletters [dot] org

You may start sending Heavenletters to this account from today. Please use the following format

In the subject field of your email do this...

Heaven #xxxx - Translated Title

No comments or dates please. Please get the numbering correct. #2242 for example. Notice there are no spaces. The number is preceded by this # symbol. The title is preceded by a - symbol.
In the body of the email all we want is the translated Heavenletter content. No "God said" or "Translated by". The site will automatically put in the "Translated by" information based on who the translation is coming from. If for example Paula sends an Italian translation that was translated by Berit, it will appear on the site as translated by Paula.

I think we want to keep the subject as Heaven #xxxx rather than Cennet or Cielo.

Any questions? Post here.

This is work in progress friends.

Wow, exciting things are happening! I think we will have to hold onto our hats! Great developments, dear One.

God bless you and all the translators for what you are doing.

We are all part of something truly wonderful.

Are we supposed to send the translation as an attachment or write it down in the body of the email?
Thankyou,

I just posted today's translation, so if you could tell me how it works, that would be very helpful.

Dear all, Dear Santhan and

Dear all, Dear Santhan and Gloria, HOLA!!!

Congragulations!!!! FELICIDADES !!!! This is great!

Infact, we have been waiting for this.
I have a wish, rather than a question :

Dear Santhan there are some letter-characters in Turkish which are different than Latin alphabet characters, such as "İ" or "Ğ". When I send a direct e-mail to tr [at] heavenletters [dot] org I hope those letters do not spoil the whole text. ;)

Gracias... HURRAYYYY...LOVE AND LOVE

Engin

Beloved Heaven Admin, one of

Beloved Heaven Admin, one of my big wishes is that translated Heavenletters ( those that are translated every day) go out on weekends as well. It sounds like this new way will do that. A very nice extra bonus from your vision, Senor. Muchas gracias.

Si, Senor y Senora

Si, Senor y Senora

Translated letters will be able to be sent out on weekends toooooooooooooooooooo...(what a sentence ;) )

This is great..

I WANT MORE SUBSCRIBERS....WHERE ARE YOU PEOPLE ??????,

love you allll

Engin

Beloved Engin, I meant,

Beloved Engin, I meant, after you send in your Heavenletter translations, will it be easily possible for all the magic to happen that they are sent on to subscribers on Saturdays and Sundays as well? How automatic is the actual sending process is what I wonder!

Dearest Gloria and

Dearest Gloria and Santhan,
what I understood is as follows:

I will do my translation -let's say on sunday- then I will send it to tr [at] heavenletters [dot] org, then it will be send out to the subscribers automatically, on sunday  ..

Is it right ???

What amazes me - as a computer genious(!) ;) - is the system itself too..

ONE MORE THING, THE FONT/CHARACTER IS "10-ARIEL" ISN'T IT?????

To clarify... Send the

To clarify...

Send the emails in PLAIN TEXT. If your email program is Outlook or Outlook Express: Create Mail -> click the Format menu item on the top and select "Plain Text".

Its not yet automated. We will continue manually sending out the translations. This change is moving us towards automation. I've still got to translate the idea into a "What we want" document for Mariano to program ;)

English automation is easy, because the Heavenletters are written for a specific date. Translations are random, which complicates things a little.

Good question Engin. The

Good question Engin.

The conflict with non latin characters in email subjects is beyond our control at this stage. You will have to replace those characters with the phonetic equivalent else it will look odd.

In the email body itself...no problem you can have as many "İ" or "Ğ" as you like.

One Love

Dear Paula, The subject line

Dear Paula,

The subject line must be the translated Heavenletter title. I looked into the Italian translations forum and your titles are just right. HEAVEN #1868 Il Libro del Vostro Cuore is perfect for example.
The body of the email must only contain the translated content...no title or anything else. It must be in plain text format please.

We will test it out and fix any bugs as we go along.

Santhan

Another question, Heaven

Another question, Heaven Admin. You knew I would have them!

When we have several translators for the same language, in Spanish, for instance,
how is the program going to know which translated by person to put?

I also forgot to mention how great and true the new name your chose for this category is:

expanding light global translators circle

That part we have working

That part we have working automatically. The program will see which email address the translation is coming from and then look to see which translator that email account is associated with. It will then put in translated by automatically.

This is really wonderful !!!

This is really wonderful !!! :big

it is like one extra Christmas !! :p

Thanks for all the miracles you are doing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Expanding Light Global Translator Circle is indeed a great and beautiful name.

Since my italian would not be fit to send on the forum, I will go on sending my translations to Paula and she will go on posting them on the forum. It is for the joy and blessing of translating and not for my name to be under them. Just for your information. I am perfectly ok in this way.

Engin dear: where you have problems with characters not matching... PUT IN SMILEYS !! :p

Many thanks again for the wonderful work you are doing dear DREAM TEAM !!

Love and blessings
Berit

Where do I sent the catalan

Where do I sent the catalan translations???

Beloved Santhan or fellow

Beloved Santhan or fellow translators, can you please answer my following question?

Greek alphabet is not latin so what exactly should I do? Should I write the subject of my e-mail in greek-latin, for example HEAVEN # 2320 O Santhan Einai Enas Aggelos?
And what about the translated title written in greek? Do I start the mail with it? For example : HEAVEN #2320 Ο Σάνθαν Είναι Ένας Άγγελος;

I hope I have made myself clear. :big Hugs and lots of love to all!!!!!!!

QUESTION OF THE YEAR 2007 -

QUESTION OF THE YEAR 2007 - SO I WILL BE UNFORGATABLE :p

I do not use Out-LOOK, so what is yahoo mail????
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

To give this new system a try, I have already sent a translation to the given e-mail address.
I wrote the subject to the subject area: HEAVEN#2588 ICINIZDEKI YUCELIK - without Turkish characters. :p (I have added this smiley just for you dear Berit) But I forgat " -" sign, Guray has just worned me ;)

I pasted the whole text to the compose-mail page - without a title and without a "translated by" part. I used "ariel-10" font.

Nothing has happened yet
or what will happen? But I am so thankful that I have managed this part without exploding my computer :p

love you allll....

Dear Santhan I could just

Dear Santhan

I could just repeat the email from engin.
I use yahoo mail and send a new translation to the indicated mail-adress you sugested - nothing happened.

What does it mean to use "plain format". Please explain for a really baby-mind in computers.

Dear Lynn, I am happy that you will help with German Translations. Please get in touch with me, so we can go in detail about sharing.

LOVE TO ALL

Maria, I don't know the answer to your question, but I wanted to tell you how happy I am to see you here. Have missed you.

To Gloria, Heaven Admin,

To Gloria, Heaven Admin, translators and all others: This is so wonderful what you are all doing to streamline and expand the Heavenletter message worldwide. May all of this continue to expand and evolve in love. Jim(i)

This is so wonderful.

This is so wonderful. Surely with time it will grow beautifully. I wish I had more time to participate in this project. However, there are some Heavenletters in Bulgarian posted here already and I will add new ones whenever I have the time and the energy to enjoy this bliss of translation. Of course as I send them out in the Universe it is only a matter of time for a likely Soul to be drawn to jump and embrace this opportunity of building up a Bulgarian section of the expanding light global translators circle.
Dearest Heaven Admin please let me know how I should send translations in Bulgarian from now on. Thank you.

Beloved Gloria,

What a splendid idea indeed! I know I said that I would post “anytime”. However, my enthusiasm was bigger than my available time and energy. I kindly apologize for this :blushing: ; I realize you might have counted on a more regular participation on my part. The truth is my new job turned to be far more demanding than it was presented to me to be in the begining. Nevertheless Heavenletters have touched my life and it will never be the same again. I feel it in my every day communion with people. Just to give you an idea, God brought me to the position of an office assistant in a winery with about 3 0 0 employees. I serve as a secretary of the top manager and his two deputies; I manage the calls, mail, email, faxes, visitors, etc. To make a long story short I am presented with plenty of opportunities to channel love to my people on a daily basis. Please be assured that the messages from God that you convey to us are trustfully transmitted to Bulgarians every single day, person to person. I am sure with time it would be either me that I will regain my time to translate Heavenletters and hopefully one day sections of the website or a new angel will appear to engage in this delightful occupation.

With Love and Light,

Vanya

P.S. I tried to replace the photo in my profile with a new, more candid one, but the old one keeps appearing. Let me know if you would like another one.

Beloved Vanya, we are just

Beloved Vanya, we are just so glad to have you here! We are happy with everything you have done. We want to make sure that no one feels pressured. When your heart and life converge to translate, only then will we accept translations! Get all the rest you need, enjoy life, and remember how happy we are to know you.

God bless you.

With love,

Gloria

Hi there ! I'm glad to

Hi there !

I'm glad to discover all these changes and improvings regarding Heavenletters translations.

I think I understood everything, yet I've got some more questions to add.

Indeed, it seems the french translations I sent so far were not taken into account. As a subscriber to french translations I didn't receive any of them, although I've sent five translations to the first e-mail adress the translators were asked to use.

So, my questions are quite simple : Do I have to send back my previous translation to the new e-mail adress (fr [at] heavenletters [dot] org) before sending new ones ? Do I have to send back the template translation too ?

Oh ! And I also have another question, just for clarification : Is it possible to send several translations (i.e. several e-mails) the same day or do we have to send one translation a day ?

Thank you very much for your dedication, dear Heaven admin, dear Gloria and all translators.

Much blessings,

Cédric

Hi, Ms Gloria!!! I've missed

Hi, Ms Gloria!!! I've missed you too! Lots of hugs and kisses to you and to every grand soul gathered here!

Cedric, a special thanks for translating Heavenletters in french! You are the answer to my prayers, you know it? Apart from being a very beautiful language, French is spoken by millions around the world, that's why I asked God a few months ago for a French translator. But you Cedric, you are beyond my biggest expectations! You are such a kind and loving person, that we are all blessed, honoured and grateful to have you here!

Love from Greece,

Maria

Dear Maria, It is just so

Dear Maria,

It is just so wonderful to read that the translations I've made are the answer to your prayers. Do you read French fluently ?

I must confess I can neither read Greek nor speak this language at all, but I like Greek culture very much and Greece seems to me such a beautiful country, though I've never been to Greece yet.

Much love and hugs from France,

Cédric

Quick question, you said:

Quick question, you said:

Heaven #xxxx - Translated Title

No comments or dates please. Please get the numbering correct. #2242 for example. Notice there are no spaces. The number is preceded by this # symbol. The title is preceded by a - symbol.

----

I'm noticing that there ARE some spaces there - should it rather be Heaven#2589-Hvis du var et fly ? Or Heaven # 2589 - Hvis du var et fly ?

And are there limits on how many e-mails I can send each day? I couldn't see that question answered anywhere here.

I am the (lately not very productive) Norwegian translator, by the way. :)

To clarify: The new e-mail

To clarify:

The new e-mail adress for each language is a replacement of , where we posted the copy before ?

To submit a new translation is the same procedure as usual - through the specific language Heavenletter site ?

That´s the way I understand it right now -right?

Love
Stefan

You might call me too

You might call me too emotional, but I just love the gathering of so many angels disguised as translators here. I send a big hug to all of you guys!!!! And a kiss. Mmmmmmmmmouts!

Dearest Cedric, you bet you are the answer to my prayers! I wish my french was good enough to translate Heavenletters on my own but it isn't (I know only a few words) so God took care of the matter and sent the best soul to do the job!!! Thank you so much.....I was about to translate Heavenletters in french with the help of babelfish but that would be a terrible mess....Thank God, you came and now I'm so relieved. It doesn't matter how much Heavenletters you're going to translate. Even 12 translations per year would be the biggest present for me. I'm serious. And from Sirius

I wish that you can come and visit Greece with your beloved half (I'm spying on you!!!) :big soon. Greece has many portals like the volcano-island Santorini in the Aegean sea (Kryon said that Santorini is a part of the recent Atlantis) and over a thousand others. There's so much I could say for the great culture of this country that I chose as my birthplace in this lifetime, but I prefer to say nothing and let you discover on your own the vestiges of your past incarnation in Greece.

Love from Athena,

Maria

Dear Margaretha, This is

Dear Margaretha,

This is correct: Heaven # 2589 - Hvis du var et fly

The more accurate we can get it, the less programming work on our side, yet we will take measures to ensure that all of your translations are handled with care :)

You may send as many translations as you like in one day. Just remember to send them individually and not in one email.

About sending the translations to the email list, we will begin with the newer languages shortly. All of your translations will be sent out.

Dear Yuri, your beautiful Catalan translations may be sent to ca [at] heavenletters [dot] org

Hiya Maria. Yes, please send the subject of the Greek Heavenletter in Latin characters and not Greek.

Dear Cedric, No need to send the previous translations just yet. Send only the newer ones until we are happy that everything is working fine. We will send a notice out asking all to send their previous translations to the specified email accounts. The program will check for duplicate content, so it does not matter if the same Heavenletter translation is accidently sent twice.

Stefan, yes its a replacement to heaven [at] mojahmedia [dot] net. That account was becoming too cluttered. With this system we have a record of all translations neatly stored into their ISO language code email accounts. Cool huh!

I will reply to all the translators who have sent translations to their language account to confirm that all is well.

One Love

Santhan

Thank you very much Santhan

Thank you very much Santhan for the clarifications. Everything is clear for me now.

Dear Maria.
Sure, you're a great spy and a great soul.
Much love and hugs,

Cédric

I just thought of a

I just thought of a question. When there are multiple translators, is there a way that the actual translator's name can be shown?

German, for example, has three solid translators.

Spanish has four or five.

Perhaps this has already been solved, and I just haven't paid attention.

God bless you for all you do for Heavenletters, Senor.
