For many of you who have been seeking Me, you may feel I am far away. Perhaps you have been trying too hard. You have made finding Me an exercise. You have made Me into steps. There are no steps to Me. You don't have to climb here or there to locate Me. Just be open to Me. Keep your eye out for Me, but no need to run a race to Me, for then you are running in place. Acknowledge that I am with you and all you have to do is notice.

You need no map. There is no map to Me. In truth, there is no path to Me. Where is it you have to go to find Me?

We can say, for the sake of argument, that joy is a path to Me. You can trip over Me in joy. But I am not sure you know what joy is really. Joy, another name for Me, is not diversion nor entertainment nor escape, but I am not absent from them either. Equate Me with joy. Or fulfillment. Or love. Or peace. Or wonderfulness. Or beauty. Or creation. Whatever it is, I am there.

Some may appear to come to Me through suffering. Suffering called their attention to Me. Suffering wasn't the way to Me; it was their eye-opener. Suffering brought them face to face, not with Me, but with their yearning for Me.

Perhaps you are a secret yearner. An undeclared yearner. Somewhere within, you are a yearner for Me. It cannot be otherwise because My yearning for you is so earthshaking, you cannot miss the tremors of it.

Your yearning, whether voiced, unvoiced, noticed, unnoticed, is an echo of Mine. The greater your sense of yearning, perhaps the more aware of My yearning you are. But no one is closer to Me than you are. You are as close as I AM.

I am a Public Yearner. I yearn for you unashamedly. I have no reservation about it when it comes to you. I stalk you. I jump in front of you. You walk in a maze of mirrors, and wherever you look, I pop up. You may not see Me, but I am pursuing you and appearing before you every instance. Keep looking.

I leave a trail for you, bread crumbs of My love. I make notches in tree bark so you may know where to find Me. I do not run too fast for you. I do not make it hard for you to catch Me. You think I may slip past you, but perhaps you are running so fast you pass Me by.

Today, imagine that I am everywhere, and everywhere precisely where you go. Imagine I am with you right now, simply lavishing My love on you, swirling My love around you, dusting love on you from every direction, love on your head, love under your feet, love indisputable. Imagine that everyone in the world that you meet is Me, in one form or another, but always Me. I am not your imagination, but you may have to imagine Me before you actually spot Me. Stir your imagination, and then it will be anchored in fact. Perhaps you do not really believe that I am everywhere, but maybe you can believe you take Me everywhere with you. Not a portion of Me, but Me, God Entire. The truth is I go nowhere without you, and you go nowhere without Me. We are inseparable. Nothing parts Us. Not death. Not life. Not anything. Not war. Not peace. Not drought, not flood. Not poverty, not plenty. Not anything.

We are reciprocal. You cannot stray. Only in thought can you. Bring your thoughts back to Me.

It is not that your thirst for Me is insatiable. It is just that the more of Me you discover, the more of Me you want. In that sense, your thirst is insatiable. And let's face it, there is always more of Me. What does eternal mean but insatiable? Keep filling yourself with Me. Accept more and more. I will always give you more of Me, more of your own recognition of Me. There is more to come.
