Technical questions about French translations

Dear Heaven Admins,

As you may have already noticed, I'm a french translator of the Heavenletters.

I subscribed myself to the French Heavenletters and didn't receive any of my own translations yet.

Is there something I've done wrong or is it normal ?

Up to now I've just posted my translations into the "Heavenletters French" forum, except for the first one that I did send to you by e-mail with the template translation.

Do I also have to send to you the other translations I made or will you just pick it up from the forum ? (for you just have to copy/paste it from there)

Much blessings,

CCMountain

Mon cher, you are doing

Mon cher, you are doing everything right.

Merci for posting your questions and for subscribing to your own translations!

Monsieur, je regrette that there may well be a short delay before your translations start going out.

Right now, the chief tech angel, creative director, and more, is moving his offices in South Africa. It will probably be Monday before attention can be put on setting up the French program. We are all as eager as you are!

The time will come when there will be an automatic sending of translations – that is, there will be a program in place so that you and all translators will be able to send their own translations (following a procedure) directly.

Yes, it's necessary to post each translation on the forum as you have been doing from the beginning and also to send to the email address which I just sent to you.

When emailing your Heavenletter translations, place the original number of the Heavenletter and the translated title in the subject field eg: HEAVEN #2559 The translated title

No date is required. In the body of the email, simply paste the content of the translated Heavenletter, remembering to put your name at the end (Translated by (in your language): Your name)

When you email your translations, all you will need to include is the translated text itself and Translated by… Everything else in your language will have a template, so not even Dear God is necessary to include.

I am happy to say we already have nine subscribers to your French translations!

On the horizon, in addition to automatic sending out of translations, there will be web sites in all the active languages. My understanding is that a French Heavenletter web site will make it easier for your translations to be found.

I want to tell you that Santhan, like you, like everyone, volunteers for Heavenletters. He is always thinking of Heavenletters and doing marvelous things for us. Have you been to the Cosmic Heavenletter Generator yet, Cedric? You can see the link on the upper right margin, about seven places down.

Have fun!

Santhan is going to be building a spiritual center in Capilla del Monte, Argentina, and I will be moving there. In fact, Santhan is arranging a motor home tour, and by spring, there will be four of us driving through the U.S. and down to Argentina, giving Godwriting workshops along the way. We’ll take about three months.

There are some blog entries that will introduce you to more of the behind-the-scenes festivities at Heavenletters. The most recent is the The Adventures of LOL (Gloria) and SAS (Santhan).
Go to www.godwriting.org, and you will find The Adventures on the right also.

So, once again, beautiful soul, you are doing everything perfectly.

Heaven is so blessed with such loving translators.

God bless you.

With love,

Gloria

9 French subscribers

9 French subscribers already! I had no idea. Thats pretty amazing considering that French language subscriptions were only installed a few days ago.

Yes I will look into setting up the template and French mail outs next week.

What happened is that CC

What happened is that CC Mountain wrote a beautiful email in French to all the subscribers we have who live in France. I went ahead and subscribed them. CC asked them to email me if they want to receive only English. I did that to start the ball rolling and because it was easier than emailing back and forth. So far so good!

I had never thought to do that before. It probably wasn't good computer ettiquette, but is it all right, do you think?
