Dear heart, I can only share from my personal experience what Ascension manifestation feels like to me. As of lately the most common symptoms I've been having is a burning sensation in my groin. Cold in my fingertips, some absentmindedness, fatique, occasional episodes of blurred vision. Generalized muscle aches and pains, occasional bouts of diarrhea.

I have also noticed relationship changes. One might be ending while another is begining. Withdrawal from certain exercises or activities I use to enjoy. For example watching tv, eating out, visiting with friends. Incompatability with others of lower vibration, a sense of disconnection from world events. Distachment from outside influences.

One of the most helpful suggestions I can give to anyone who is in process is to align yourself with others on the path, and to go with the flow. If you find yourself bearing resistance, or struggling with the many changes you increase the tension in your body, and increase stress symptoms. Namaste, Jo

Hi,
I had some of the related ascension symptoms as numbness in my fingertips and toes, dizziness, fatigue, odd hours of sleeping and this really weird sound in my hears.
However, I notice that I have been hugged and smiled more than ever before. Out of the blue people come to hug me and smile to me. When that happens I would like to think that this is also a symptom that come from the light that is around.
