Energy in motion
Emotion is my name
Watch me very carefully
Which feelings I inflame
I hold a simple truth
And speak without a word
I communicate in feelings
On subtle levels heard
I am a constant signpost
To guide you through each day
If you would pay attention
I'd show for you your way
If something brings you joy
Then it's right for you
But if something brings unease
Then quickly say adieu
For feelings hold your truth
And come from deep inside
They should not be ignored
In them you should confide
They'll always tell the truth
Don't let mind intervene
Heed your heart and not your head
Don't hover in between
It's easy and it's simple
To know what's right for you
Just follow joyous feelings

As always, so well formulated and so true!
A very similar advice, Oprah gave on one of her shows recently. She very much recommended to listen to ones intuition or ‘gut feelings’ and that it gets easier, the more we drop our ‘baggage” that we carry around. That ‘baggage’ can be preconceived ideas, beliefs, habits, hurts,…… and so on….. which don’t serve us anymore.
So true, it does hamper us from recognizing the subtle feelings within.
