A vision for Heavenletters

I'm not sure from where I received this question...for you Gloria...and for any others who would care to respond. Yet since I received this question, I thought I would ask it. So here it is: If you decided to select some words to include as a vision statement for Heaven Letters and or the Heaven Letters Web site, what would these words be?

Love and best wishes, Jim.

Dearest Jim, I didn't get

Dearest Jim,

I didn't get your meaning, sorry. What do you mean by "vision statement" ?

Thanks for your patience.

much love

Dear Berit, I googled the term "vision statement" and got more than 1.3 million search results, all of the first several of them sounding something like this: "A vision statement is a vivid idealized description of a desired outcome that inspires, energizes and helps you create a mental picture of your target." To be honest, this definition does not tell me very much. But perhaps the statement at the bottom of each page at heavenletters.org can serve as a vision statement. You could expand on it, of course.

Thanks very much dear !

Jim, writing a vision

Jim, writing a vision statement is an excellent way to really know what's important and come from that focus. We really should have one. Yes!

The sharing that Jochen referred to is an essential part of Heavenletters.

I also think that the top points say it too:

Heavenletters™, bringing Earth closer to Heaven.
HEAVEN is here to reach every soul on Earth to reawaken:
* Our connection to God *
* Our belief in ourselves *
* Our awareness of our shared worthiness to God *
* Peace on Earth *
God is always bringing us closer to Him.

Now, we need someone to make one sentence that lays it all out. Who would like to try?

This thread began with gratitude to Heaven Admin, how he just comes in and does everything, sort of like Santa Claus really, well, a Santa Claus without a red outfit, reindeer, sleigh etc. Heaven Admin is totally about service. I wonder how many things he does that we don't even know about.

I had a sweet thing happen this morning.

Yesterday, when I was writing an entry for the blog, I discovered that the font had gotten small, well, as small as this. This size font is fine here on the forum, and we really have to keep it small or there just wouldn't be space, yet I was used to a font twice as big as this on the blog. And I was not happy with the small print there. In fact, it made me unhappy. I knew it shouldn't matter and that I was being childish. However, I emailed Heaven Admin yesterday, telling him how much the bigger font meant to me.

This morning as I was completing the blog entry for today, the small print was still there. I gave myself a lecture on the small print and how it shouldn't make any difference really. I stopped pouting and was just about ready to be a good sport when, lo and behold, before my very eyes, the print went big again!

I can only imagine that, by some magic, even as I was typing away, in another corner of the world, Heaven Admin, without a word, regardless of the inconvenience to him, regardless of the important things he's working on, simply went in and fixed the font.

Yes, there is a Santa Claus.

A vision statement...

Gloria...These are some wonderful thoughts:

Gloria and others...here are some further thoughts, which are not vision statements per se, but could be either fragments of a vision or point to one. Jim.

Heavenletters lifts the fog to reveal not only what is possible...but what is. And that "what is" is Love.

Heavenletters reveals he true function of the Heart: to embrace, to behold....and to love.

Heavenletters points to our natural union with our Holy Father-Mother God.

Heavenletters always points to the Reality of Love.
And with Love...we have nothing to fear.

Heavenletters takes us by the hand and leads us into our Hearts...where we finally discover that we are indeed the Love that we thought we were not.

Heavenletters is a beacon...forever pointing Home. Welcome home.

Heavenletters is a Holy transcription of the voice of God.

The content of Heavenletters is Love...and Love always finds a way into our Hearts...because Love loves Love.

Heavenletters is safe...and friendly...and trustworthy...and real...and hopeful...and fulfilling...and always overflowing with a love that quenches the human quest for peace and understanding.

With Heavenletters, I am no longer afraid or lonely...for I know I am filled with the Love of God. And where there is Love...how can there be fear?

Heavenletters is a very personal message...between God and you...and you are God's Holy Child.

Heavenletters is an ongoing invitation...to reveal your true identity as God's Holy Child.

I accept this invitation.

Heavenletters delivers the message again and again that I am truly loved by God. With this understanding...I am finally complete, at rest...and at peace.

Love and blessings...Jim.

Blessed Jim, what a beautiful thing you have written. It touches me very much.

We have to do something with this.

Thank you, Jim. You know, I often just go along doing what I do and not think about the big picture. Your enriching words make me stop and think. Oh, wow, we are onto something here!

God bless you.

With love,

Gloria

vision and openness

Thank you Gloria. And of course...it may bear mentioning that because the content of Heavenletters is love and divine wisdom...how could it possibly be contained in even some really good words as a vison statement. A finger pointing to the moon is indeed still a finger. So I see the value of a vison statement as being maybe more invitational than the perhaps futility of trying to capture the essence of HL in words...if that makes sense. On another point...one of the beautiful qualities of HL is that the content and tone of each HL is divinely orchestrated to allow the perfect expression and impact. At least that is my view. And finally...I in no way want my view to become "the view". I would prefer that, like a wondrous piece of art, HL stand on its own...far away from the reach of the art critics...so to speak so that everyone can receive HL...right where they are! Anyway...that's all for now. Love and blessings, Jim.
