We have 25 cm of snow right now, it's like a miracle landscape.
eager expectation
Oh, the magic of expectation...
I am usually impatient, but, speaking by mataphor, I feel that these times of eager expectation are really miraculous.
Where I live, in the center Italy, we usually have snow above 700-800 metres and it is now expected on the mountains surrounding our sweet hills. Then maybe I will go skiing as our Mountain Chain, Appennini, close to where I live, can reach 1.800 metres of height.
White Christmas
We don't have a White Christmas that much over here in The Netherlands (last time was 1981 !) , but this time we will.
I made another picture for you as an update. I guess many of you in Europe and parts of USA are having snow now, if I read the news correctly !

How wonderful, dear Anco, this year it is a magic Christmas indeed. I was in Milan this morning and we were freezing, at 2.00 p.m. there were minus 5. Now I am in Rome where the cold is less, but we expect snow in the night, maybe. Can you imagine palm trees with snow?
