I copied and pasted the translated text with pictures in a heavenletter which was already send out; I removed the "old" text and made a new one with the Christmas card text and pictures.
(This procedure I used before when something went wrong in sending the heavenletter out from the website; I did sent it to Nancy and it all went well.)

I took a Heavenletter that was send in my mailbox, clicked on fw and removed the old text and put it the Dutch translation of the Christmas card (copy/paste);
then I did send it by email to Nancy Ciasuli and she did sent it to the Dutch subscribers.

Ok, yes, Anneke. The
Ok, yes, Anneke. The unavoidable is still unavoidable. The list of subscribers must be extracted from the database manually and Nancy has to use her email program to send the Christmas card. But with many subscribers, a private email program cannot handle too long of a list with each email. So you have to create several groups and email as many times as you have the number of groups.
Nancy was very, very patient to do all this. And asking her to do that for over 500 Spanish subscribers is quite a lot of work. The same would have to be done for the 307 French subscribers. I'll try to see what I can do from where I am.

instead of sending it separately you could attach it on tomorrow's Heavenletter? Maybe this saves a lot of work. I think Luus did that for the Chinese subscribers?

Here's the thing. We don't want a subscriber to have to click twice. It's better marketing when there is one ciick. Here, it's open. They can read it right then. Many will not click twice. The quicker and easier we make it for readers, the better.

I had no idea how to send
I had no idea how to send out the Seasons Greetings in Chinese and the only way I could think of was pasting them below today's Chinese Heavenletter. After that I deleted the Seasons Greetings, so now only the Chinese translation of today's Heavenletter will be seen on the forum.
