Welcoming a new Spanish translator

Introducing new Spanish translator! Jaime Rendon who lives in Columbia.

He wrote us a simple straightforward email:

"Do you need an English - Spanish translator? I would like to volunteer."

We had just learned of an urgent need for another Spanish translator.

Heaven Admin knows Spanish. He checked out Jaime's first translation and wrote:

"Jaime translates excellently. He picked up the subtleties and nuances of Heavenletters™ and translated them perfectly into English."

If you have translated Heavenletters into Spanish in the past, please come back!

God bless all the translators. You are definitely angels.

Welcome Jaime !

Welcome to the translating team, and enjoy like we all do.

Dear Jaime, welcome to the team. The Spanish speaking subscribers will be so happy to receive new translations!! I know Spanish myself, although I'm better at reading and writing, than at speaking your language, and I look forward to reading your translations. I have been a Dutch translator for nearly three years now and it still gives me a lot of joy.

Dear Friends, by mistake, I

Dear Friends, by mistake, I removed a welcome from Leean, one of our dedicated Chinese subscribers. And it was a beautiful welcome too! I don't know if someone else's got deleted as well. I'm so sorry. I'll email Leean and ask her to post again. And if I did inadvertently delete someone else's welcome, please come back and post again.

It is truly a great even when a new translator comes.

While I'm here, Luus is one of two Dutch translators. Chantal is one of two French translators!

In addition to French and Dutch, we are blessed with daily translations in German, Italian, and frequent translations in Turkish, and less frequent translations in other beautiful languages as well. We are so grateful for every translator. You are gifts from God.

Well, I did find my

Bienvenido, querido Jaime,

Bienvenido, querido Jaime, to the Heavenletters team and translators' team.

I had the opportunity to read your first translation "Un Ser Eterno Visita la Tierra" and even if my conversational Spanish got a little bit rusty with lack of practice over the years, I can still read with good ease Spanish.

Your translation is excellent, really following the original text very closely. You are definitely not an amateur in translation. Like Santhan, I did recommend you and said to Gloria and Santhan: ¡Contratelo!, hire him!

Warmest welcome. And you will bring so much hope to the people of Cuba.

P.S. I want to add that Heavenletters translated in Spanish sound beautiful! I will read more of the Heavenletters in Spanish from now on.

Dear New Friends

Dear new friends

I want to thank you all for your kind words to me.
I feel that I have come to a loving community and am happy for that.

I've posted the first two translations. So if anyone of you understands Spanish, I would like him/her to read my translations and make comments; because I know that I need your translating experience.

For the second translation, for example, it was useful the Italian translation I was reading.

How different is just reading the letters (as I did before) than translating them. This requires me to pay attention to every word and sentence.

Sometimes there are some sentences difficult to understand to me, that's why I was reading the Italian and French translations of the letters.

God bless you all.
I bless you all

Beloved Jaime, That is a

Beloved Jaime,

That is a very good idea what you are suggesting, how reading other translators' translations can help you feel confident on a translation you are doing. And how you are open to input from other translators who have some experience with Spanish. Normand, French translator, for instance, who has studied Spanish, already said that he would like to refresh his Spanish through reading your translations.

I get a taste of each language by reading the title of each Heavenletter in the translators' languages and then in English. The exception is in Engin's translations in Turkish which have different letters! But, still, I feel something from looking at Engin's translations as well.

And, of course, there is always the option to ask a question on the Global Translator Circle. Please don't hesitate.

We have every confidence in every translator and great appreciation for the blessings you give on behalf of God in Heavenletters. We have embarked on something wonderful. Certainly, I never anticipated anything like this.

A translator recently wrote in describing the great future she saw for a complete collection of Heavenletters. She imagined that this would happen in perhaps ten years.

God is not usually precise in giving time predictions. Usually he says soon or a term like that. Recently in some personal Godwriting I did, God did say that there would be a great breakthrough of Heavenletters in two years, but He didn't say what that would be.

I am already feeling that there has been a kind of movement forward.

Heavenletters have always had the intent of embracing people of all countries and languages.. When you translate, you are doing more than translating. We do not know what each translation accomplishes on the subtle silent levels. Something vital and great. Thank you all.

Jaime, I see that you did register on the forum, and now I have to give you the address to send your translations to -- that's in addition to posting on the Spanish translation page.

Jaime, I feel the way you do about the community of people here who have joined their hearts and hands on the same journey.

Dear Jaime,Welcome! Thank

Dear Jaime,

Welcome! Thank you for registering on the website. I'll update your permissions right away so that you may post your translations directly onto the website.

I reviewed the first translation you sent and loved the solutions you found for the English words that would have no meaning if directly translated. Your translations are of the highest quality.

The Spanish Heavenletter subscribers are going to be overjoyed to see the return of Heavenletters in Spanish. We are all grateful to you for joining this great project.

Oceans of Love,

Santhan

Beloved Heaven Admin, don't you wish we could have a party for all the translators! They give so much happiness. And you, Senor, who do so much for Heavenletters. Muchas gracias.

Sending Heavenletter

Dear Heaven Admin

I have sent my firs translation to an e-mail Gloria sent to me. I would like to know what happen when i send translations to that e-mail. And also would like to know if you have any suggestions relating that e-mails.

I have re-read one past Heavenletter and notice that at the end there are some sentences regarding the author's rights and the permission to share them. But this indications are always in English.

What I mean is that if the letters are translated into Spanish, that final advice should be translated as well. Do you agree with that.

I will translate that final part and will share with you.

Thanks

Beloved Jaime, thank you so

Beloved Jaime, thank you so much for your conscientiousness.

I certainly agree with what you say! Let me post here the new bottom template which is what it would be good to post. Once you have translated this, email it to Heaven Admin (and me so I know) and then it will be automatically included.

So here's the new template, dear Jaime. I've shortened it for the readers of your translations. Now I[m wondering how much is valuable for Spanish readers who may not know English. Hmm, I wonder about translating some of what is referenced here. Jaime, what do you think would be of value for the readers of your translations? Would the Story of Heavenletters? Perhaps it could be posted along with the English one.

Hi Jaime,

Once the translation has been created, one of us will send it out to the Spanish translators. We'll start sending them out as soon as our team are back at work from the holidays. Meanwhile, I'll ask Gloria for a copy of your translations and send them out to the Spanish list, starting today.

Yes, we would like your translations very much.

Let me get back to you tomorrow in more detail.

I remember you very well! Thank you so much for posting!

Love, Gloria

Thanks a lot Gloria, you have a great memory indeed!

Since I am somewhat a bearer of the Celestial Magnificence of Adonai within the essence of my being I am one of those who feel these letters can change the world and bring many hearts to understand the true nature of God.

Querida Mardeluz (Ocean of Light), you can send me your translations and I can post them and email them to the Spanish subscribers. But before translating further Heavenletters, could you get in touch with Jaime Rendon who also translates Heavenletters into Spanish just to make sure you don't make redundant translations.

Ask Gloria for Jaime's email and my email.

Y caliente re-bienvenida en la comunidad de los traductores y traductoras de las Heavenletters.

Answering your message to start translating into Spanish

Dear Normand, I will write to Gloria rightaway to request for both your e-mails.

Much love and light and congratulations as well to share this priviledge of spreading our Heavenly Father´s Love across the Planet.

Maria-luz Martin

Beloved Maria-Luz and

Beloved Maria-Luz and Normand,

Maria-Luz, does not Luz mean light?

And, Normand, I know that your name means Northerner, yet I think of you as a warrior. In this case, it is like you are a hero who came to the rescue and took the initiative of responding to Maria-Luz.

Yes, I will write to Jaime and make sure he sees this post.

Here is the beginning of the Translator Guidelines:

Beloved Translators,

Thank you for translating Heavenletters™ and extending the outreach of Heaven's light! As a member of this Volunteer Angel Translation team, you are joining a global circle of expanding light. All your readers and all members of this Heavenletter community thank you for this gift you give.

To be a translator of Heavenletters™ is a service from the love in your heart. Did you choose Heavenletters, or did God choose you? We know with certainty that your love and appreciation for Heavenletters brought you here. That we are here together from all parts of One World is a Miracle of Love.

Here is what God says:

You are part of a bigger wave.
http://www.heavenletters.org/you-are-an-instrument-of-gods-love.html

I knighted you with the power to perform miracles of love.
http://www.heavenletters.org/miracles-of-love.html

Have your eye on Vastness and what love can manifest in the Vastness of itself. You are wide-visioned and far-visioned, and you are capable of anything and everything. Start with love, and you will enter into the Vastness where you already reside.
http://www.heavenletters.org/miracles-of-love.html

Maria-Luz, I will come back in a minute with the link to the Translator Guidelines. Please feel free to ask your questions.

It's probably a good idea for you to send a translation of your choice to Jaime since he has been single-handedly responsible for the Spanish translations. This is what is usually done to make sure there is agreement.

Maria-Luz, perhaps you and Jaime can work out a system together by which you decide which Heavenletters™ you would like to translate ahead of time, like one translator takes on even-numbered Heavenletters, and another odd-numbered. Whatever the two of you work out is fine with me.

I also believe that you have to have a special address exclusive to you for sending Heavenletters -- wait, Normand, do I remember correctly that you send out Spanish Heavenletters? If so, and Maria-Luz sends her translations to you, maybe she doesn't need the special address. The purpose of that special address is so that the name of the person who translates is automatically included at the end of the translation.

Be sure to come back to this page for further comments, and I'll look forward to your further comments on this page as well.

Thank you again, dear Maria-Luz and all translators for the blessings you give.

One more thing: How is Anita Manasse, do you know?

With love and blessings,

Gloria

Here's where you will find

Here's where you will find the Translator Guidelines:

http://www.heavenletters.org/translator-guidelines.html

I just noticed that the guidelines have a link on the right margin!

Dear Gloria, I sent a reply

Dear Gloria, I suspected that you might still have some problems with your email server. So I took the initiative of responding to Maria Luz and Jaime without further delay. I did put you in cc: But obviously, you still don't receive all your emails. So I'm pasting this email on the forum:

Dear Maria,
you won't have to ask permission to translate the Heavenletters. Just tell Jaime each time which one(s) you would like to translate. You can send him your first translation then make agreements with him. You don't have to tell me your choice each time. But you'll have to send me your translations in order for me to post them and send them to the Spanish subscribers.

And if you get into some difficulites in translating certain passages, words, colloquial expressions used in Heavenletters, please post your questions on the Global Translator forum http://www.heavenletters.org/global-translators-circle . Gloria will certainly help you out (and other translators too).

Welcome again to the translator team.

Normand

posting translations

Dear Maria-Luz,

Welcome (back)!
I see that you already know where to post your translations and I am happy to see that the Spanish speaking people will now be able to find more of the recent translations on the forum.
What Anneke and I do, and also Leean and Xiyangyang, is that one of us translates the even numbers and the other the uneven numbers, and it works very well.

Blessings,
Luus

Yes Maríaluz, Pleas go on

Dear Maríaluz

Your help is very welcome.

If Gloria and Normad consider it feasible, you may continue translating from the Heavenletter number you have started with (4463); and I will continue just where I am (#4450).

I know I'm doing it slow, but I still do it with a great pleasure.

The other option is that you join me and start with the uneven numbers, as it was suggested by Luus. In that case, the number 4451.

Please, all of you let me know what you decide.

By the way, I hope I will count with your help in some cases.

Blessings to all of you.

Jaime Rendón

Dear Jaime, Gloria and I

Dear Jaime, Gloria and I don't decide about what the translators should do (outside the Translation Guidelines of course). A translator might choose to translate from Heavenletter #1, pick up the one he/she wants to translate by browsing them or using the cosmic generator, or he/she can decide to synchronize his translations with the Heavenletter that is published everyday. In Heavenletters team of translator, all of these approaches are currently in use. The simplest guidline in this respect is to avoid duplication.

With blessings

Beloved Jaime, Maria-Luz,

Beloved Jaime, Maria-Luz, and Normand,

It feels solid to me that a system is worked out and no one has to think about it. Then it is off everyone's mind. Jaime and Maria-Luz, please see if you can decide on a simple way. That way it is not up in the air and no one has to wait to see what someone else does. Will you kindly let me know?

Of course, enjoy translating. We have more Spanish subscribers than any language! Perhaps we can find more Spanish translators?

Dear Ones, there is a blog that I would love you to read. http://godwriting.org/team_energy.html

And it would be lovely to have you comment. on it as well.

God bless you all.

With love, Gloria

P.S. Normand, I see you have offered to send out Maria's translations to the Spanish Heavenreaders as well as all the other translations you send. It's not clear to me who is sending Jaime's translations. Is it you, Normand or ? That is so wonderful of you to do all you do.. Thank you very much. Grateful to you.

Yes Gloria, I do send

Yes Gloria, I do send Jaime's translations.

I would like to thank Gloria

I would like to thank Gloria and Anita Manasse for the oportunity to translate these letters into Spanish. Having done that for some time, I feel as if the essence of them has sunk deeply into my very being. Heaven Letters represent a wonderful way to connect with the source of it all. God - Love. This letters change the way we have been "trained" to perceive God, ourselves, and the world around us. We should take these letters and read them/hand them out to people who are feeling poorly, wherever they are. The comments of other readers have been most inspiring and touching. Let us share them as rose petals that keep comming from our hearts.

Thank-you for sharing the same passion.
