About time, sometimes I feel I pursue it, or I try to pull it along, and it is mightier than I am. Like getting the HEAVEN web page together, learning Money 99 — it seems to be dragging on forever.

Is there something inside me that is holding this back, or is it supposed to happen in its own time?

God:

Both.

Whenever it is ready is right. If it were all set today, it would be right. Two months ago, it would have been right. In two weeks, also right.

And inside you is a tiny dot of fear of opening up and exposing yourself to the world. You can understand how one such as you who is sensitive from the slightest rejection would hold back even as she moves ahead.

This is a wonderful experience for you. You will learn to be dispassionate about others' reaction while you remain passionate with your own.

Gloria:

Dear God, could you hurry up the webpage designer!

God:

It is hard to hurry up a thirteen-year-old boy.

Gloria:

Could you hurry me up then because I still need to choose selections from You and do some writing and organizing and all that?

God:

I will slow you down so you can get it done.

Gloria:

Dear God, what would You like to talk about this morning?

God:

Time passes and time stands still. Time leaps and balks. Words connected with time are when, then, now, later, before, after, and so on. They are clues to you that you are talking about the ephemeral.

Gloria:

And Your words, dear Father?

God:

My words are eternal, but the writing on paper is not. My words are My thoughts just as you are My thought and therefore eternal.

Gloria:

I wonder what is the difference between eternal and infinite.

God:

Infinite connotes greater expansion. Infinity is eternal and ever-growing, extending, widening itself.

The sound that created you ever expands wider and wider and further and further. That is how you dance in eternity. You are the infinite who dances on the dance floor called eternity.

We will continue this vocabulary lesson.

You are eliminating when and how. You might as well leave out where as well. There is only everywhere or nowhere.

As for who, the answer is you.

Avoid why. Why may try to figure out too much and doubt too much.

The only interrogative pronoun left is what. The answer to all questions is God. What? God.

So you can surmount words. I am not a word. You are not either.

The heart knows no words. In Heaven, there are no words nor need for them.

Words are like a baseball game, or tennis, the ball batted back and forth.

Words are symbols. Cymbals that clang.

True life goes beyond words. Words try to express the inexpressible.

Words are remote sounds for the original sound.

Gloria:

God, I don't understand a word you're saying, but I love it!

God:

The heart understands. That is enough. That is it.

Gloria:

I love words very much. I love language.

God:

That is the ocean you swim in.

Mother tongue. The lips, the tongue, the cheeks, the jaw, the lungs, the organs for speech are exercised as the baby nurses.

Gloria:

But speech is natural for human beings.

God:

Yes. Through speech you search for yourself. But if there were no speech, there would be no lies.

Gloria:

Sometimes a smile or eyes lie.

God:

Truth lies beyond words, gestures, expressions. Truth is. Truth stands alone.

Gloria:

God, this morning in much You have said, I had the feeling that I had heard it before.

God:

You have heard it all before.

Gloria:

It's like, oh, am I plagiarizing something?

God:

You plagiarize Me. I am the Source of all thought.

Gloria:

Like Jon is talking to you about golf, and he knows that game and its vocabulary. In your answers to him, you do too, but if I asked you about golf, You wouldn't know those words because I don't.

God:

It is like colors, Gloria. You are one shade, and Jon is another. Light filtered through each of you is light. The reflections will vary. But there is also that same immutable Oneness.

If you were a physicist, you would ask different questions, and get your answers in a scientific vocabulary.

Are you thinking that if I spoke to you in Greek, then you would know I am authentic because you don't know Greek and couldn't possibly have conducted that message?

Gloria:

Yes.

God:

But why would I talk to you in Greek? Or golf? I talk to you in your language so you can know that My knowledge comes through you. It is not less because you are the translator of it.

Gloria:

So, at this moment, Your thoughts could be coming through a scientist, through me, and through Jon at the same time?

God:

Of course. Through millions, the same thought, the same time, different languages, different versions of the One Thought of All.
