Hi! I am having trouble subscribing. I have tried it multiple times but it always fails. It says I am already subscribed, but I do not receive the emails. Can you help? -Rich

I had a look at your account and found that everything looks good on our side. Your email is correctly subscribed and your account does not show like it's rejecting Heavenletters.
I can only think of 2 possibilities and 2 suggestions..
Your email server is redirecting Heavenletters to the spam/junk folder (how rude!)
or
Our email software is having problems with all the dots in your email address (unlikely)
1 suggestion is for you to try using an alternate email account, which may not be too convenient for you.
The other is to get a colleague at your workplace to subscribe and see if they manage to receive Heavenletters. They can always unsubscribe after the test.

So sorry that you had difficulty in subscribing. We certainly want it to be smooth and easy for you to receive Heavenletters. I'm so glad that you let us know right away that you wanted your Heavenletters!!!! :)
What I did was go into the data base. I discovered 3 Carolyns who were pending. I made all three of them Subscribed and Active.
If they are all you, you may find yourself receiving three Heavenletters tomorrow!
If that is the case, do you see Contact Heaven on the right margin? That will be private, dear one. List the 3 email addresses and make clear which one you really want, and I'll take off the two you won't need.
When you receive your Heavenletters, you will always see a link that says Add Comment. Press that link, and it will take you to a box where you can post what you want to say about that Heavenletter.
We really want you to be happy, and we're looking forward to knowing you.

I have tried subscribing 3 times now and still do not receive any Heaven Letters. I am not receiving a confirmation email, so that is most likely the problem. I've tried to contact the site administrator but I get sent here and get no further reponse from additional queries. I am ready to give up.

Beloved Greg, immediately I went to the data base. I find two G. Gille accounts. One was bounced. The other said it was waiting for your confirmation -- but how can you respond when you didn't receive the confirmation to respond to!
I am so sorry for your difficulty. This is not what we want for you at all.
We want it to be easy to subscribe.

Please keep in close touch here to let us know what is happening. If you don't receive a Heavenletter tomorrow, please post immediately and I'll bring in the tech angels.

Not recieving heavenletters in my email.
I was getting them fine for several months and now they are not sent to me. I tried updating on your site but the the page shows not available.

Beloved Matt, we had a hacker, and many ISP's were blocked. Heaven Admin has been giving his all to building a new server. Are you receiving your Heavenletters now, dear one? .
We are so sorry for this. Of course, we want everyone to receive their Heavenletters without interruption.
I do have to say that two very good things have come from this.
One is the "lovely protests" from Heavensubscribers who have written in, sometimes people we have never heard from before. To receive so many heart-rending requests to receive their Heavenletters once again have uplifted us that we really do begin to feel this Oneness that God speaks of.
Two is that building a new server is part of the computer upgrade, and, by necessity then, the upgrade has started.
