Sing a Merry Song
Sing a merry song of sunshine. Sing a merry tune. You have all the notes in the world at your disposal.
Enough of dirges. Enough of all those lower keys. When you can compose beautiful music, why compose anything else?
What tone do you want your life on Earth to be sung in? What note do you want to sing your life in? Then that is the note for you to sing in.
Hit a high note. Sing sing sing. Others will copy you. They will want to sing a high note too. They may not have thought of it before, and yet when they hear you sing, they will want to sing like you too. Sing a happy song.
Everyone is impressionable, beloveds. It is My note that you sing that impresses others. Sing those high notes. May they ever resound through the Universe and all that is beyond. Reverberate, beloveds, reverberate.
Even if you have heretofore sung only draggy-down low notes, today be a lark who sings. As you sing, you take wing. You follow the notes you sing.
I am like a peddler of hot cross buns. I go around the world singing: "New notes for old. High notes for all. Get your high notes here. Get them free. Come get them while they're hot."
As I sing My minstrel song, what am I saying? I am saying that the past is past, and it is for you to drop the low notes you heard in the past.
If once you fell into mud, now you step out of the mud. You see no reason to stay there just because you once were. You step out of the mud, and you feel no need to keep talking about it or thinking about it. Maybe while you were in the mud, you sang a little mud song. Now sing a little out-of-the-mud song.
Tra la la. Time to sing a new song. Which will you choose? Which song will you make up as you go along? Even if you don't know the words, you can hum a little tune. You can sing a different song. Beloveds, you must sing a different song. The song you sing echoes through the Universe. Everyone has heard your old song. Everyone has had enough of it. You have had enough of it.
Sing a new song now.
If you need ideas, put your ear close to a rose, and listen to the song it sings. If you need ideas, get up early and listen to the morning birds chirp and twirp. Birds do not ask for permission. They do not question their ability. They simply sing. What a morning concert the birds sing.
Come now, wake up in the morning with a merry song in your heart.
Beloveds, there is a lot of sheet music around. Come to My music store, and take your pick. There is enough for all.
Walk right in and help yourself. This is a self-service music store. You don't need anyone to help you. You can pick out the right song for you today. And you can come back tomorrow and sing another new song. Look at the range of notes you have discovered. Look at the range of notes you can sing.
Sing sing sing. You sing for all. You sing for yourself, and you sing for me. Sing, sing, sing. Sing loudly, sing softly. Sing sing sing for Me. Sing sing sing a love song. Sing a love song for Me. Sing sing sing My song, and sing it for Me.
Find My song in your heart now and sing it to My heart's content. Sing sing sing.
