Hello!

I'm currently translating this one and i've come across an expression i dont quite know how to translate. Here's the full pharagraph (this is God speaking): "Beloveds, you are life. You are alive in life. You participate whether you want to or not. While you are alive on Earth, you are alive on Earth. You may try to escape it, yet you can’t. No one can. You can’t always have life on your terms, yet you can come to terms with life. You can ease into it. You may not be able to be a Johnny-Go-Lucky, yet you can be all right. You can live and let live. You can be on speaking terms with life and engage in it."

What does Johnny-Go-Lucky mean exactly? just a lucky person for whom everything works out okay? I'm a bit confused lol. It isnt an expression we use in spanish at all, so i must find a way to express the idea of what it means.
