IThe Jan. 7th letter is a good reminder that the present moment is all that we truly have. Holding on to what ‘used to be,’ and hoping that it shall return, is not a satisfying place to be because, by attaching yourself to the human experience, you inadvertently create a sense of ‘lack’ in your life.
