When you feel that you are at the end of your rope, you are really at the cusp of a beautiful opportunity. You may not be sure of this, yet why not think that way? While you are at it, why not think a forward-moving way rather than beating the drum of fear? In any case, it has to be true that you are moving forward. You cannot retreat into the past. You didn’t always know that the past was wonderful when you were in it.

I say that if you are in a rowboat, row. And you don’t row while your boat is still tethered to shore. And yet, when it comes to life, you have had one foot tied to land and the other hesitant to dip into the water. Water is to swim in, not to be afraid of.

Life is not to be afraid of. Life is to swim in. That’s all you have to do. Enter into the pool of life and swim. You are not even swimming for dear life. You are simply one who swims. You are on a cruise ship. You are to cruise through life. You are not on a merchant ship. You are on a cruise ship, and you sail the world, and you see what there is to see. You see the wonders of the world. Everything you see is a wonder. Tell Me, what is not a miracle on the face of the Earth?

It is a miracle that you are alive in a human form. It is a miracle that there is an Earth, and you live on it. It is a miracle of illusion, yet it is a miracle nevertheless.

And you are a miracle. From the waters of the deep, you came to the surface. You are greater than surface, and yet the surface is a great place to be. You have come up for air, beloveds. You are like a periscope who has come to the surface in order to look around. Here is the world I have created for you. Here are you I have created for the world. Truly, you are perfect for each other, the world to walk in, and you to walk in the world. You and the world are like two steps of progress. In terms of the relative world, you can’t have one without the other.

Of course, the reality is that you are independent of the world. You are independent of everything. You are independent. All that goes on in the world doesn’t supersede the significance of you. It doesn’t matter where you stand in the world or what uniform you wear. My heart beats in yours, and I feel the beat of your heart. Your heart twangs throughout the Universe. You turn over on the Universe, as it were. The Universe is your pillow.

You never were a minnow in a small pond. You have always been a Great Being of Light in a Vast Universe. Don’t let the Vastness scare you. Really, it’s only you and I. We’re the only ones here. We are Vaster than Vast, and We are Greater than Great. We are no small potatoes. We are God and Man. We exist together. We are not One without the Other, therefore, We are One. We are One what? We are One Life Force playing different parts at different times, and yet We are One Life Force blazing across the horizon. We are One Bicyclist bicycling across the sky. We go up and up. You may feel you are going in a straight line, but, really, you are going up and up, and that’s all there is to it.
