Remember that you are an angel. You are My angel. I gave you your wings. They are in your heart. It is your heart that makes you light. It is your heart that makes you soar. You must soar, beloveds, because the world needs angels. Have a higher regard for yourself at the same time as you think about yourself less.

Analyzing yourself is living in the past. Analyzing yourself is akin to stabbing yourself in the back. The past is full of reproaches. Live today, and you will honor yourself. You will feel the sprightliness I have given you. You will carry the world on wings of light.

You are not supposed to be so serious. Turn your mouth up, and take delight in life on Earth, this gift I have given you.

Have you not learned to say thank you? Let the thank you come from your engagement in life. Be glad for life and how it plays in front of you. Life is fly by night, beloveds. It arrives and leaves in the same moment. It doesn’t stand still for you. Your life is prompted. As you would prompt a microwave oven, prompt your life. Set your life for today. Set it to the key you like.

Let your life today be like a song. Let its notes play. They accompany your life.

When you are going on a picnic, you dress for a picnic. You pack a lunch. You feel the excitement of picnic. Press picnic for your life today. Even if you are going to work, press picnic so you will have joy.

Even if you are working today, let life be a day at the beach today. Feel the blessed energy of a day you take delight in. If you were allowed to go to work only one day a month, you might appreciate it more. You might see it as the gift it is. A day at work, a day at the beach, a picnic, what is the difference between them except as you perceive?

A day is impartial. Each day offers everything to you. It is you who chooses the weather. You calculate the weather. You ordain it beforehand. You may trot off to work with reluctance. Even your posture says that today will be glum. Change your posture. Change your intent. Intend that today be a marvelous day. This is the only day you have today.

If your day were an orange, you would squeeze all the juice from it.

If life were a piece of pie, you would eat it. I think you would not spend all day thinking about it. You would enjoy it.

Why couldn’t life be as easy as pie? Why couldn’t life be a piece of cake? Must you see life as biting off more than you can chew? Start to see life in a different way, and your life will be different. Surround yourself with the thoughts you would like to have, and have them.

Consider that you are starting off for the county fair today. What a day of anticipated yet unexpected treasures it will be. You are going to have a marvelous day today. You are setting up the decorations for it. You have the music planned. Today will be like a wedding, a wedding joining you and life in full partnership. Today you choose life as your constant companion, to love and to cherish, and to share with all on Earth. You will share your good spiritedness. You will share an attitude, and it will be contagious.

Your attitude always is. Today spread what you choose to spread, and spread it across the land. In the name of God, make life delightful.
