Hi all feeling so much better off to Physiotherapy class and well learning to walk again, hopefully not waddle like a penguin and just started with walking stick in hand to walk the London Circle Ring a total of
16 walks around the Capital of London, and my Goal is from Lands End to John A Groats and hoping to do this in few years time, with some more training... lol perhaps i might do for charity... will be good exercuse for two new hips... Luv Karen and after this well anything is possible
