We "fall asleep" because we went too far into the carnal mind of the senses and the world we created with this mind is so very dense and seductive,..and the belief in "good and evil" (two-ness) is the illusive duality where we are fooled into thinking we are separate. The inertia and seeming realness is very hard to awaken from. But the key is mediation on stillness.Formulas; chanting, mantras,.repetitions, do not work in the spiritual realm. The purest way is to have a "listening ear" on the inner,..all through the day. The Presence is beyond words and thoughts!
