How do I find the e-books on the web-site?
Posted August 13th, 2007 by Maggie Wei...
The "Books & CDs" page doesn't have anything about e-books. Have these been discontinued? Thank you.
Dear Maggie, I did have also
Dear Maggie, I did have also a look at "books & CDs" and could find any ebook.
Don't know if it's still available, I think it once was but I'm not sure.
I think Gloria or the tech. angels can help you.

Love and blessings to you
Love and blessings to you also, Berit, and thank you for responding to my question. Gloria has now told me that the part of of the web-site that will have e-books is not finished but it is in the plans for the future. Perhaps when the e-books can be accessed again, she will let us know through HeavenNews. I thank God for you, Berit, and for your many contributions to the Forum.
Thanks to you dear angel, I
Thanks to you dear angel, I will be waiting for the ebooks to be available. The techn. angels, alias Dream Team, are working on a further miracle for this HEAVEN site, they are really wonderful !!
Love from Milan dear !

Yes Maggie, e-books will be
Yes Maggie, e-books will be available shortly.
I wonder if you, Berit and anyone else would be able to share your ideas on the following...
Kirt put in alot of energy into the compilation of the Heavenletter e-books. Each beautifully compiled book contains 100 Heavenletters and a forward by a guest writer. The books are in pdf document format and are printer friendly. All the content of the e-books are freely available in the Heavenletters archive which is steadily being updated to include the last 6-7 years of God Writings.
I suggested to Gloria that Heavenletters offer the e-books for download for a nominal price ($5-$10 each?) with free downloads for those who can give a reasonable explanation as to why they do not wish to/cannot pay.
Active members of the Heaven community will have free access to the e-books as well.

Dearest One Love, You know I
Dearest One Love,
You know I take your counsel. The idea of a nominal feel ($5.-$10 each) sounds just fine to me.
It used to be that the ebooks were totally by donation. Many Heavenreaders were very generous. It was on the honor system. It worked most of the time.
Many Heavenreaders donated a lot and were, in effect, paying for people from a country where income is on a subsistence level. In some countries, $5. could be like $500. And when you don't have $5. it might as well be $5,000!
It is not always so simple, however. I would not want anyone to have to give an explanation as to why they couldn't or didn't want to donate the nominal $5. or $10. I wouldn't want to encourage anyone to develop a sob story or a poverty mindset so they could get ebooks free. I also think there are good people with pride who would rather not have an e-book at all than to have to say why they don't have the money.
I also would never want to be in the position of deciding who pays and who doesn't nor would I want to spend the time.
Yet I also don't like to feel taken advantage of. On the other hand, I understand very well that some people just psychologically need things free -- it makes them feel favored and loved. It's a real need.
So you see, I'm on all sides of the question at once and no help at all!. Of course, you wanted to hear from Heaven subscribers, not me, and I do too!
I'll just say a little more.
I think that everyone knows that Heavenletters isn't in the business of making money. We're here to get God's love and wisdom out there. At the same time, Heavenletters isn't made of money either, and we can use it. Thank God for the generous Heavenreaders who donate to Heavenletters from the goodness of their hearts.
Absolutely, I would want translators and other serious volunteers to have access to anything they wanted. It's a little enough. I wouldn't have it any other way.
God bless you, One Love.
With love,
Gloria
Master Yoda says, "If have
Master Yoda says, "If have computer in home, must pay $5-$10 for ebook. If no pay, no ebook."
Those who access the website from an internet cafe and would like to have the ebooks to print and distribute to friends, who do not have computers, will make the effort to write a quick email about their noble intention. We can easily accomodate them and assist them. In the countries where $5 is like $500 and where people access this website via internet cafes, it is unlikely that an ebook will be of much use to such Heavenreaders, except for intentions like the above.
We can confidently say that Ebooks are for people who have access to a computer in their home.
Heart says charging for the Ebooks is about what you wrote here:

I know the magnificence of your heart and the vastness of your mind, so I say: "Si, si, Yoda. Muy bien."
God bless you.

Sorry for the delay in
Sorry for the delay in answering:
I think from §5 - 10§ is ok, and I appreciate all the things you try to keep in mind. Indeed some people are strictly against any kind of payment, but I think all the work involved and time dedicated should be considered, although I think we all here do the things we do because we love them and doing them they make us happy.
I would just add a proposal: if I'm not wrong, download for translators or so would be for free, so I would propose that if I can make a download for free I can equally pay from §5 - 10§ and offer this for someone who may not be able to pay for it.
Don't know if this makes sense to you, or if it's possible at all to keep such an account....
Well, it was just an idea I had.
Love and blessings and many many thanks !!

Dear Golden Heart, Somebody
Dear Golden Heart,
Somebody who may not be able to pay for it will not have to. All they'll have to do is ask.
Translators will get free downloads naturally! And when that sail boat is built, we'll all go on a cruise together.

Berit, you are such a giver.
Berit, you are such a giver. You are a shining example.
It would be hard to accept from you more than you already give.
With love and blessings,
