Heaven #4642 Replacing Worry
Dear Gloria
in http://www.heavenletters.org/replacing-worry.html
parag. 5
"Guilt stews itself on the stove of your heart. Accept responsibility, not a sense of guilt. Consider guilt a sin, not that which you feel grievous about. I do not authorize guilt, and you are not to waste your life on guilt. No more, beloveds. Never again."
I am not sure of the connection between "Consider guilt a sin" and "not that which you feel grievous about". Can you paraphrase, please.
parag. 8
"With worry, you are watching out for something to happen to you or concerning you that you don’t want and that you will have remorse about. As if remorse is a good thing. An acknowledgement of your responsibility is to be a one-time thing. Worry is a poor sop to responsibility. Worry perpetuates worry. Worry is a red flag." Is it meant that acknowledgement of responsability is a think decided once and that you don't come back on it like worry?
Thanks

Okay, I see it this way, dear Normand:
Grievous means serious. We may think, for instance, that we have done something terrible and we feel very guilty about it. God is saying that going around with guilt is worse than whatever happened that we feel guilty about. No more feeling guilty.

I think that's exactly what God means. Actknowledge responsibility and then move on. Don't keep stewing about it.
Thank you, Normand!
