This is the second time I find by and by spelled bye and bye in Heavenletters. The first time I thought there is some special intention to it (like waving the day "goodbye" when you finally sleep) but I think I better ask this time. I find in my books "by the bye" but not "bye and bye". Is it a possible variant spelling?
