Come closer to Me in your willingness. Let your willingness be eager.

Willingness is openness.

Nothing can keep Me away from you, but you can close Me out of your awareness. It is in your awareness that I matter to you. It is in your awareness that I arrive, for, as you know, I have never left.

What is this awareness of experience of God? It is a memory. It is a memory of what you once were very conscious of and have lost sight of. You are the experiencer of God, and you experience Me, not with thought, but with a sense of what I will call faintly remembered forgetfulness. You know there is something to conjure, but not quite what. You have a name for Me. You have some idea of My properties, but you are vague about My essence. You sort of feel a tenderness. You sort of feel a joy. But you feel your speculated loss more than you feel My ever-presence.

You sort of remember Me just beneath your conscious awareness. You sort of remember a far-off echo of Me. You have a vague sense of once having something that you no longer have, and you can't quite remember what it was and what it was like. But you long for it. How you long for it!

It is the power of God within you that tantalizes you. You know I'm here — somewhere within the inner workings of you. You may feel I have hidden Myself from you, that I am playing hide-and-seek with you. All the while, I am out in the open. I am open in your heart, and I am open in the world. I am openable. Perceive Me from a subtle sense of love. Open that sense more. Long closed, it is ajar now.

Get out of that state of awareness that you have been housing for quite some time. Your vision has been spotty. In truth, you have not been looking. You may have been demanding, but demanding is not the same as looking. Open your eyes. Open yourself. Open wide the doors of your heart so that you may see Me seated there.

You may feel Me as though I have been absent and am just now entering, but that is because your awareness has been absent and is now entering itself. You had been looking away, so you think I am just arriving. I assure you I arrived first. Not from the moment of your conception have you ever been one minute without the actuality of Me. Your conception was long before this immediate physicality. In the moment of creation, you were birthed. It is your awareness that has been floating around, not your existence. Perhaps it is your awareness that you have been looking for up in the sky.

You may have thought that down-to-earth meant absence from Me. If you were buried under tons of earth, you would not be absent from Me or Me from you. If you ventured to the center of the earth, you would be no farther from Me than you are now. Only in your unexercised awareness can you be away from Me.

Turn your attention in the direction of My presence rather than My absence. From here will I more fully arise in your awareness.

I am rising in your awareness now. Feel your expansion as you make room for Me in your awareness. Do you not know that your arms are Mine, and that they encompass the whole girth of the Universe and all that is seemingly beyond? All is within your reach. I am not only within your reach, I am your core.
