Fearless at Last

God said:

Throw down your arms. What an accomplishment such letting go would be. What wonders this relaxation would allow to grow.

When Mt. Everest grew to be a mountain, it took no effort for it at all. It sat back and let itself rise higher and higher. We could say Mt. Everest allowed itself to be risen higher. Mt. Everest did nothing but sit back.

Just think of what non-struggle can accomplish. Let your sense of struggle lie in a hammock. Let it stay there relaxing in the sun, perhaps reading a magazine, drinking a daiquiri. Abandon your sense of struggle which is the same as abandoning your sense of holding on.

Have you not been in the mode to fight, your fists up, readying to take on the next punch? If you were not ready for a fight, would opponents line up to fight you? No, they would be off somewhere else. They would be looking for someone who was chomping at the bit.

Be a giant, an intelligent giant, a giant of peace. Be a powerhouse of peace.

Don’t be looking for impending danger. Be in love instead. Be in love with what life has in store for you. Know you are going to be invited to the prom. Know you are going to the ball. Know your life is opening up, and that you are able to foresee it in a crystal ball of knowingness. How confident you are now that you know all is well. Despite appearances, all is well.

In the middle of whatever it is that you fear, all is well. Behold the wellness that is yours. Behold the sun. Before the dawn rises, the sun is shining on you.

Be a friend to what happens next before it happens. Let the first overture of love come from you. Spread your arms broadly to welcome the Universe. Do not resist it. Melt into the sun. Easy does it. Easy-going does it. Foresee the goodness that is on its way to you.

You are not the weaver of the loom. Nevertheless, the loom of life is at your service. It is at your beck and call. It is your servant. You do not know what your servant is going to bring you, yet you can anticipate that it is something wonderful, perhaps a hot toddy at night, perhaps an egg in the morning, a feast at lunch, mid-afternoon tea, and a supper for a king. Imagine that. How can fear take hold when your mind is occupied with the good that is to come?

Yes, it is time for you to let go of fear. Help fear go back to where it came from. You are not beholden to fear, and fear is not beholden to you. I am not so sure that fear likes itself. I think fear would hide from itself if it knew how.

What would it look like to be free of fear? It would look like you are lying in a hammock with nothing to worry about. Has not fear been worrisome? What joy to be without fear leeching onto you. “Go away, fear, and stay away. I don’t need you. I don’t want you. I can get used to life without you, thank you.”

There is not much more to say. Let’s close the chapter on fear. What shall we call the new chapter in your life? Perhaps Life without Fear. Perhaps Life in a Hammock. Perhaps Fear on the Run. Perhaps Fear Arrested. Fear Sent to Elba. Fear Given a Life Sentence without Parole. The Banishment of Fear. Fear out the Window. Fearless at Last.

occupied with the good that is to come

Elba, as we know, isn't far enough. Not for fear nor for fighting spirit. Ah, that old spirit of expecting attack or encroachment any time and always having to be ready to fight – for your rights or someone else's rights or any number of other worthy causes.

Today it is demonstrated to me, even while reading this Heavenletter, that the old fighting spirit stands ready all the time without my noticing it at all. A small infringement on my Heavenletter time in the morning is enough to send me reeling. There is more to ending fear and fight, ignoring them won't do.

But what will? I try to get into that Mount Everest feeling. Not bad. Throw down my arms. Not bad. Lie in a hammock (without magazine and daiquiri, please). Quite nice. I am sure this is all it takes. The difficulty is in remembering it often enough and let it become a new habit.

Zen mind

Getting rid of fear altogether is a process of awareness and realization. God is a wonderful Gardner, for this task is not easily accomplished on our own.
I have found some success in cultivating a zen mind where one is experiencing life as a witness. Forgive yourself when you fall short as well as others "who trespass" Of course it's easy for me to say, I've been living alone for 18 years!
LIGHT Blessings of ONENESS awareness to ALL,

Johanne

Amen! Amen! Amen!

How thrilling to be able to read this and KNOW BEYOND A SHADOW OF DOUBT that it is all TRUTH and it has become MY ABSOLUTE truth! What a long journey it was to get to this point, but oh . . . what lovely a full-time vacation party lives inside of me now, and the party theme is "FREE FROM FEAR AT LAST".

Thank you for loving us all.

Barbara reminds us: How sweet the song: "FREE AT LAST"

So sweet you sing this love filled song!

FEARLESS AT LAST

DEAREST MAESTRO, BELOVED LOVER OF ALL LIFE, BESTOWER OF MIRACLES, GREAT DELIVERER OF PEACE & GRACE,

Oh, How I love the way you close this HeavenLetter today!! YOU remind us that LIFE CAN BE LIVED WITHOUT FEAR !!! YOU ASK,

"WHAT WOULD LIFE LOOK LIKE BEING FREE OF FEAR? It's lovely, lovely and lovely again to remember the restful ease that comes

from lying in a hammock, without one worry to bombard me in any way. SO - AS YOU SAY, LET'S CLOSE THE DREARY CHAPTER

ON FEAR! !!. NO MORE WHITE KNUCKLES OR NAIL BITING WORRIES!!!! WHAT AN AMAZING CHAPTER IT CAN NOW BE AS

EVERYTHING MIRACULOUSLY TRANSFORMS !!!. MY NEW LIFE CHAPTER IS CALLED, "ALL MY FEARS NOW ON A SPACE

SHIP TO THE FARTHEST STAR" or "ALL MY FEARS - GONE SKEDADDLING TO THE NORTH POLE!" - Happy sledding old

dark fears, without me !! SO, AS ALWAYS, THANK YOU BELOVED UNCONDITIONALLY LOVING GOD!!!

Despite appearances, all is well.

"Congratulate yourself that you made a decision. The fact is that you are making decisions every moment. You are accountable for your choices, but that does not mean you are to stew or grieve about them. Even when you make a choice you later regret, you cannot be sure your choice was wrong. It may be wrong in everyone's eyes, yet who can say with finality that it wasn't, in the myriad of life decisions, the right choice at that moment. The wonderful thing about all the choices you have to make is that you can make new ones." HL 3499

Nirmala hears the "still small voice" talk about decisions!

We seem to make choices, we call them decisions.
It's hard to hear the inner Voice of the Wizard telling us how to walk,
Life seems to unravel when the kitten plays with the ball of yarn,
But the end comes when the kitten yawns and runs to play in the son.
We only thought we chose the shoes we often wore.

Safety and power

Fear is based on nothing but illusion, yet it blocks our realization of who we truly are.

The Truth is that we are completely and always safe.

“Despite appearances, all is well. In the middle of whatever it is that you fear, all is well. Behold the wellness that is yours.”

The Truth is that we hold enormous power to change our lives and the world in which we live.

You are not the weaver of the loom. Nevertheless, the loom of life is at your service. It is at your beck and call. It is your servant.”

To know the Truth, we just have to somehow let go of our fears.

“There is not much more to say. Let’s close the chapter on fear.”

As Jochen quite accurately says: “There is more to ending fear and fight, ignoring them won't do.” Clearly, success in this venture is not always simple, nor is it instantaneous. As Jochen also suggests in his comment, and as the other comments support, it can be done. George often encourages us to continue to re-read certain Heavenletters. This letter would be a superb choice to re-read along with each new daily letter.

Chuck composes a symphony of new Life!

It really isn't as hard as it seems to sing a new song.
Just choose the words of love, it's all you need.
The Composer knows just the melody you need.
His music is all we hear or see.

George.

The overture of love is calling us.

Love has always called.
Fear fled so long ago it's hard for us to remember.
It takes such deep stillness to recall who we have always been.
That's because we were told to look into the mirror of remembering what never was.
The first page of our book is always now, this very moment.
Just "Be"; don't try, you already know the Weaver of your Tapestry,
We get to choose the color of the yearn he uses to weave us.
Choose the color of Love, leave fear in the garbage at His feet.
Try to remember how you me the Weaver of Love.

George

"Help fear go back to where

"Help fear go back to where it came from."
And where does fear come from? Since it cannot come from God, it must come from our mistaken perceptions. Fear is something we put "outside" ourself, basically in the outside world. Fear comes from the imagined "other" which can take multiple forms: the human ennemy, the beast, the ghost, the virus, the alien, the different…

But where does this "outside" projection of the cause of fear comes from? It must come once again from our splitted mind. When we believe in separation, we automatically generate fear. Since separation is unreal, then fear must also be unreal, guilt as well. Because we are basically innocent.

But to reconquer our innocence, we must stop "fearing God". God constantly reassures us. But we probably deeply unconsciously perceive His reassurances as a threat. Isn't because we have misplaced our thrust and loyalty? Therefore removing fear is removing guiltiness and removing guiltiness is accepting that we have always been innocent. But our loyalty must switch from ego to God, which is acknowledgment.

A very stimulating comment

A very stimulating comment made by a fine methodical mind. Even if I see some things differently, having your picture and its clear outlines is very important to understanding my own.

Yes, Normand, fear is the

Yes, Normand, fear is the ghost of separation and separation is the ghost of the mind. Basically we fear the "imagined other" ( I fear the mailman for instance ).
What I do not relate with is the sense of guilt and of "fearing God". I think separation-remembrance is rather a "law" ( it is as it is) than a choice depending on psychological implications that we should "remove". We are experiencing how far away the splitted subject can remember himself. Awareness is the elastic band which will bounce us back.

The mechanism of deception

Since the only Real Law is Truth which is also Love, "fearing God" is a choice of the mind. It is just a projection in the outside world of the perceived fear of our Real Self. It is projecting an "external God" which we have the possibility to love or fear. But as long as God is perceived as 'outside', it is impossible to enter in communion with Him and we are most likely to fear Him or feel guilty about the "sin of separation" or "lost of innocence". The mind is free to choose between Light and darkness. But once you recognize that darkness cannot hide, this first step of this recognition is likely to generate fear. Then the second step of this recognition is about choosing if your really want to have nothing to hide (even if you know deeply that it's impossible to hide whatever it is), which means ending the feeling of guiltiness. The third step is to put all your trust into your Real Self which is God. Then you acknowledge that there never were any separation, sin, guilt or fear since only God is True.

God keeps reminding us that we cannot get away from Wholeness, Holiness, Truth and Love. But the mind can deceive itself about it and start getting entangled in the separation-remembrance game creating as many levels and sub-levels (of lacks and needs) necessary to extend or shorten the awakening time.

And time, though an illusion, is crucial as a mean of control. In Heaven, we are all One with God, all Equals. But it does not mean that it is so in the NOW. That is also why time is not an "absolute" but a device that can be compressed or extended according to the willings of the mind. We need time to liberate from time. Choice is the cursor of time

Nelson Mandela said once

Nelson Mandela said once that we have fear about the Light we really are. The only fear is about ourselves. Nothing outside nor everyone else.
