Errors while trying to access post/forums

Got this error from time to time within the past few days trying post/access some of the furoms, BUT THIS TIME I've captured the text (You can call it inspiration :O)), So it might be helpful to track the problem...
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare timer_start() (previously declared in /home/heaven/domains/heavenletters.org/public_html/includes/bootstrap.inc:116) in /home/heaven/domains/heavenletters.org/public_html/includes/bootstrap.inc on line 122
P.S. When I edit my message I get this page : "You are not authorized to access this page.", Although message is updated....

Nice catch Hagi! It may be the last time you see that error though. We did some bug removals on the server and you will notice the website is much faster.
There's a few more things we will be doing over the weekend, but after that it should be bug free smooth sailing to the distant shores.

If the site will work faster, We can communicate faster with God....It is time that he upgrades his internet speed, Seems Heaven was based on a dial-up modem technology up to now :O)
